We took a trip as a family to celebrate three college graduations and an engagement. Due to the dates we could each go, we ended up needing to book it as three separate studios all on the lower level. After booking it as separate vacations on Expedia, I wrote to the hotel to see if they could make the rooms near each other. Within an hour we received a reply from Julie congratulating us on the engagement and graduations and saying that she would do her best to make sure we were near each other. When we arrived, we found out that we had been upgraded in room types, but also to the upper level.
The only incident we had was that a pipe in one of the bathrooms seemed to leak, and left a giant puddle in the bedroom. However, maintenance was at the room to work on it literally within 10 minutes of us making the call to the front desk to report the problem.
My wife and I were the last to leave the hotel (staying a couple extra days after our adult children left), we had checked out and had the taxi arranged when I received the notice that our return flight was rescheduled for several hours later than planned. The staff was very helpful, they took care of rebooking the taxi and extended the checkout time so we would have a place to stay and clean up after going back to the beach for a few more hours. They were very helpful in a stressful moment.
Wife and I just returned from a one week trip to St. Martina. We stayed at Alamanda and loved it. The location is amazing. We had an ocean view room, overlooking the pool. All rooms come with great views. The resort is quiet, but located between 2 great beach bars. It's also right next to the village, which offers great dining with an authentic European feel. One of our favorite things was the outdoor breakfast area at Alamanda. Great atmosphere, lovely place. Our only complaint is very minor, but the mattresses were similar to what we've gotten in Europe, but not nearly as comfortable as what most are used to in the states. But that was a minor thing. We will definitely stay hear again! Had a blast and met so many nice people. Can't wait to do it again!

Very helpful staff.
The massive pond outside the front was dried up, which is apparently does certain seasons.
We basically had the pool for ourselves.
Big plus - we could park the scooters we rented from Ras Links inside the yard.
Short walk to Coco Beach through Mont Vernon Hotel, which then extends into Orient Beach.
You get sunchair vouchers from Sol E Luna, that you can use at Coco Beach.
They don't serve breakfast, but lunch and dinner was great.
just a great place too stay , every thing about this hotel is good , if you want a place thats well run and clean , close to the beach and local shops , with all the facilities you need for a chill out holiday , this is the place for you ! the room i had was on the ground floor , which i was happy with , had every i needed a small kitchen tv , a large bed a nice bathroom , and seating for eating and relaxing , and aircon and wifi which worked well , simon and his team were very friendly and there to help if needed , as a single traveler , its not allways easy to find a place that offers the comfort and space and cleanliness , this hotel does , its not a big hotel , but big in comfort and service , well done to simon and his team , martytn bisatt

We enjoyed this location because we were centrally located in the Orient Bay village.
Our Villa offered a beautiful view from the deck and private pool area. We were able to be as
active or lazy as we chose. We enjoyed meals in our Villa as well as many of the Orient Beach village
restaurants Le Pimente,Le Tableau Antoine etc. which were a short walk away. Grande Case and
Ile Pinel are also very close for exploring
