Friendly staff, but bare-bones hotel.

Pros: It was available.
Cons: Read above comments. The hotel looked and felt unclean.
Location: Good sushi place down the road. Traffic can be problematic.
I had to secure this room in a pinch for a Cleveland business trip. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the room grossed me out and the bathroom had drywall in need of repair, rust stains in tub and not very clean. I would not stay here again.

Good-sized room

Pros: Quiet stay, spacious room.
Cons: The free wifi was quite slow, we didn't get our wake-up call.
Location: Good location, near the highway but still quiet. Good shopping areas nearby.
We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel is undergoing significant refurbishment, so my review of somewhat less than beautiful decor may prove to be out-of-date at some time soon. I liked that the window could be opened and had a screen on it. We did ask for a wake-up call for one morning which we did not receive. Quiet stay in a spacious room. When it gets updated, it will be quite nice.

No House Keeping, But Not Informed

Pros: Convenience of location.
Cons: Communication, friendliness of the staff.
I rated the check-in experience in a previous survey, so not going to repeat here. We stayed there for two nights. When we booked the hotel, there was no indication what so ever that there was not going to be any house keeping done in the room, unless the stay is more than seven days. When we went back to the room late afternoon of the second day, I noticed that the bed was not made and I called. That was the first time I found out that they are not going to provide any house keeping service. This was news to us, since it was not disclosed either when we booked the hotel, nor when we checked in, and the price sure did not reflect it. Overall, not a very good experience.

Was very dirty!!!1

Pros: The coffee in the morning was good.
Cons: Needs alot of TLC!!
Location: Looked like lots to do but I was there for the Laser Spine Institute not vacation.,.
When we walked up to the Hotel there were cigarette butts all over the entry way....when we got to our room the bathroom had alot of hair around it, on floor, tub, sink....then the sheets just didn't seem clean, upon closer look there were yellow stains on them. The mirror closet doors had streaks, prints and something running down it. The wall next to the bed had spit marks all over the wall!! Now it did look like they started to paint the ceiling....but oops forgot a long rectangle of it in the middle....

Bad experience

Pros: Big room.
Cons: Everything and mostly the cleanliness.
Location: Did not get to do anything but I noticed a tj max near by.
We got to the hotel and the first room they gave us was not clean: towels on the floor , dirty counters and filthy floor. We got another room not as bad but not clean either: dirty floors and no shampoo or conditioner, one soap and no garbage can in the bathroom. We suppose to have a coffee maker in the room also but no luck there either. We went to the front desk and they promised one soon. 2 hours later and no coffee machine!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I sincerely apologize that you were initially checked into a room that had not been cleaned yet. As for the coffee maker, we now deliver them, but having to wait 2 hours for one certainly is not acceptable and all amenities such as soap and shampoo should have been in the room. That was missed on inspection and should not have been. To prevent this from happening again, my team must make sure that a room our guests will be staying in meets or exceeds our standards. I will also train the Front Desk team to do a better job explaining our amenities. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate your survey and the errors that were made. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.

Rude attendants

I reserved a room, and payed for it in advance but when I arrived I was told that they didn't have my room available, I was then switched to a different type of room without being asked first. The front desk attendant meet us with an indifferent attitude that came across as rude. She was not pleasant. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay.
