I asked for something special for my boyfriend‘s birthday and they said they would do it but then when we arrived, they didn’t do it because I didn’t pay for it. All I wanted was a little card and maybe a little treat nothing too extravagant, but they said they didn’t charge me so they didn’t do it. I hate these rich hotels, they milk us, for every penny.

What a treat, staying at the Westin and enjoying a show at the Performing Arts Center. No hassle with parking, lines, a long drive home ... we enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the Westin. Bonus: early check in and noon check out - at no extra cost. Nice!

Great location
Nice stay right next to south coast plaza! Clean and comfortable. Well, $50 per night parking is a bit too much given it is not a big city with limited parking spaces
