“Love laguna”
This is a great hotel very relaxing with breath taking views
“bad hotel management!”
my husband ,daughter and I stayed here over the 4th of july weekend for a wedding - we got to the hotel about 4pm and wanted to check in .the manager at the time told us that our room with 1 king size bed was ready- i looked at my confirmation from expedia and noticed that i def. booked a double queen bedroom. the manager blamed expedia and said they have no other rooms available that weekend . i called expedia because of our daughter we wanted to def. have the 2 queen beds. expedia explained that when we book the hotel room the only option it would give us was the 2 queen bedrooms. expedia called the same manager and found that he did not appologize and could not change our room , but could only not charge us for the resort fees to make up for it. i just don't appreciate his lying from the very begining and not trying to make it up to us better. i would not want to stay here again because if this manager.
“Love this hotel.”
Awesome:)
“See you again”
Excellent!!!
“Do Not be Fooled: Find Another Hotel”
Do not book your reservation with St. Regis unless you are ready to pay undisclosed fees for services that you will not use. The designation of 5 Star should only be allowed for hotels that actually provide the services that you will be billed for. The only reason for a resort to separate out and not disclose a mandatory fee is to deceive the customer.
“5 Star Experience”
Great food. Beautiful hotel. Both the gym and spa are five star. Great hiking trails to the beach and other scenic areas.
“wonderful resort”
my husband and i would definitely return to the st. regis. the room and service were excellent. the only negative would be the resturants. they were very expensive, but not that great. we rented a car and explored the surrounding area and found some good resturants. overall, a very good experience.
“Total Rip Off. Don't Go Here!”
From the time we arrived we were disappointed. I took my girlfriend here for the night because I have been working a lot, I wanted to show her a nice time and it was an easy drive from LA. The Front Desk Manager, was pretty rude. He would not honor any of the benefits that we were entitled to either from AMEX or SPG, and then he put us in a room facing a dirt lot behind the hotel. In addition, they tagged us with an extra "resort fee" beyond the amount I had agreed to on expedia as a total rate. The facility is nice. We stayed inside for dinner and the people in both the spa and the restaurant were very nice. However, I would definitely not stay here again. There are much better places for the same or less in the area that don't try to rip you off. This place is definitely 3 stars or below.
