Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are in a separate tower from the Lobby, gift shop, and dinning. I would recommend self parking, valet is $45. Elevators do not display what floor the elevator is on. You may be waiting for a while. Floor hallways have nice carpet, but low ceilings. Rooms are very clean with modern furniture. Rooms feel larger due to taller than normal ceiling. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. Extra plus is that Disneyland is a small walk away.

It was the worst hotel in my life. My friend and I are two Asian women who are only 20 years old. We experienced racism and discrimination of age at this hotel. When we entered the room after checking in, there was another person there, and they said they had not checked out yet. We had to return to the first floor carrying the heavy luggage. We explained this whole situation to the main desk, and they said it was a program error. We received a new room two floors lower than the original one. They only gave us a breakfast buffet voucher as compensation for their horrible mistake, although customers were anxious and uncomfortable in an unsafe environment and security. When I went to the buffet on the morning of the 25th, they took away our breakfast voucher and did not return until I asked them to. They reluctantly gave it to me. Also, although there were no people in the restaurant, they gave us a seat in front of the corner entrance. We were so disappointed in their attitude. If you want to experience racism, I suggest you visit this place. Both the main desk and the restaurant were very rude and racist toward colored and young age people. The security in this hotel is the worst, and the hotel ignores its customers. If you use this hotel, someone will enter your room because of the clumsy program. If your English is poor or you are a person of color, they will ignore you. Your trip will be uncomfortable and ungrateful because of the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Please do not stay here. They refuse to give their workers contracts. These workers protest outside every morning and night. It’s a huge disturbance. Sheraton, you are NOTHING without the people who work here. Treat your employees right & just. We called law enforcement & they advised to leave a bad review as well. Sheraton DO BETTER.

If your room is on an upper floor facing toward Disney it’s great to see the fireworks. However it’s also very loud from the street traffic below. If you need quiet request a room facing the pool — maybe 5 or 6 floors up. Also, the minifridge in my room was very loud. I moved it into our bathroom at night. I would have just pulled the plug entirely, but we need to keep a few things cold. Still with the road noise I had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Overall, the property was well kept. Very safe and clean! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. And walkable distance to the parks! (15 min walk) However, you do not have free WiFi in the rooms. We were charged an additional $25 for wifi! And parking is $32 for the night, which defiantly adds up. Additionally, you do not have access to the thermostat in the rooms. We stayed on the 7th floor and had to keep the sliding glass door open all night for some cold air. This was very inconvenient after a long hot day at the park, no one wants to come back to a hot room. The hotel itself was nice but with all these additional charges, I would probably stay somewhere else.

You cannot control the temperature in the rooms. Front desk explained the heating will only go on if the outdoor temperature goes below 67 degrees. They told me the only way you can get the room temperature to increase is to shut the thermostat off. It never got above 68 degrees.

Our stay was great. There was a strike going on during our stay, but the employees working tried to make it non disruptive as possible. Walking distance to convention center and hotel was clean.

After having a terrible start to our trip, we were due to stay at the Sheraton on the 20th January, and arrived early as we were going to Disneyland. The check in agent was so lovely, and gave us a early check in which was amazing!! The property itself was beautiful, quiet rooms, amazing facilities. It was just perfect!! Loved having a balcony. We booked three rooms so were not expecting to be able to check in early - but nope she gave us the 3 rooms, and also right next to each other which was AMAZING!! We were able to exploit the pool the morning of our check out date. Which we enjoyed (even in the winter time). We will definitely be back We regretted not booking our full trip here,

Do not stay unless you like 85 degree room
The heating and cooling in room is completely a fail. The hotel uses a central thermostat so even though there is an advanced high tech thermostat (eg like a Nest or ecobee) it does not affect the room climate. Our room was 85 degrees through the day and night and we had no control. The service tech explained that it is just how the central thermostat works in that hote which is a complete fail. He said all he could do was bring me an electric fan.

There was no heat, no blankets, they assigned us an undone room.. we needed to change. Room service and guest services didn’t work and there was an employee’s strike shouting and demanding since 6:00 am
