“A nice visit with our college aged daughter.”
This hotel is very close to UC Irvine. With stores nearby it made for a lovely stay. The hotel was gracious with the coffee as well, giving us extra packs when our daughter came to study in our room. :-)
“Fine hotel, no problems”
We only were there for a short overnight stay, but the room was perfectly fine; comfortable beds, plenty of space for luggage, a convenient writing table.

“Convenient, Clean, Reasonably Priced”
The Radisson was conveniently located by the John Wayne airport, within 10 minutes of the beach, clean rooms and very reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area. Parking and internet wifi were free unlike other hotels in the area.
“Outstanding Value”
I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, convenient to John Wayne Airport (with free on-call shuttle), and an excellent value. I've stayed at higher priced hotels with fancier grounds and more amenities, but for the price, I felt the value I received was outstanding!
“OK hotel - great service and free wifi; definitely needs new AC and balcony railing”
This was my first stay at the Radisson hotel and I got the room on sale so I can't really complain that I paid too much. I got a double bed, non-smoking room in the 9th floor. The room was definitely clean and pretty comfortable; however, I would say that the AC was too loud and the balcony railing needs replacing. By the way, the balcony is not that big so I wouldn't get excited about it in the first place. Additionally, the bathroom is pretty small and so is the TV. On the other hand, location is good if you want to go shopping and visit the beach as part of your stay. Also, customer service was very good. I really felt like the rep who checked me in cared, which I always like. The bartenders are awesome and make a mean (good) margarita! Would I stay again? Probably wouldn't be my first choice but if the room was on sale and I didn't plan to spend too much time hanging out at the room (and watching tv), then the answer is yes.
“Good Value Hotel”
An older hotel but is clean and well kept. But housekeeping should''ve visited the pool and gym too. They ran out of towels at the pool and there were used towels and cups in the gym floor. Overall, I'm still satisfied. I won't mind staying here again.
“First Timer at a Radisson; Extremely Impressed!”
This is my first time staying at a Radisson, and it was absolutely wonderful! I booked this hotel for my wedding, because it was close to our venue (within 20 minutes). I loved this hotel, the service was great, I got an upgrade to a better room, anything I needed (at any hour of the night) the hotel was sure to accomodate me! The entire hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! I am so glad to see that there is still a good reputation for customer service!
“Would stay again”
We chose this hotel because it was within 10 miles of every place we needed to go to. PROS: Clean & Quiet Room. VERY comfortable bed. FREE & ample parking (we had heard some hotels charge for parking). Good Breakfast Buffet (value & selection as compared to menu prices). Friendly staff CONS: Whilst the staff was in general very pleasant, the desk clerks seemed very quick to "glaze over" problems. 1) We were on the 5th floor, and immediately upon exiting the elevator we smelled vomit on the carpet. When reported the desk clerk said it was due to "new flowers giving off an odor" -- well... the flowers are all artificial and they had NO smell (we checked). 2) We were not able to check-out through the television as that service was down (could not access our bill during the 3 days we stayed to check room charges, etc). Desk clerk upon checking us out simply (and quickly) said: "I'm sorry that happened but you're all checked out." It "appears" that the hotel is deficient in handling problems and situations. Setting these two problems aside, we intend to stay there on our next trip
