“Great Staff”
What a lovely place to stay. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. Not far from the train station.. Very comfortable room and bed.. Bathroom is a nice size and there was a fridge too! Tea and Coffee making provided which was great.. The only thing I have to complain about was the weather BUT not hotels fault, they provided us with an umbrella..Fanastic...its just a shame we forget to take it with us :-) Great place to stay and I would love to come back and stay again.. Thank you for a great stay
“Best Location”
Best hotel for Disneyland entrance! We were treated very by the hotel staff, they had breakfast and a small dinner plus a welcome basket with wine and fruit in our room when we arrived. They had cookies and juice in the lobby all the time. Free parking and easy access to the freeway. Highly recommended!
“We will be back!”
This hotel was in a great location to where we wanted to be. It was clean & the staff was very helpful and happy. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but the room was well kept and had all we needed. The breakfast was good & much easiesr to do on site. (did save a bit of money and time). The other restaurants around were close and had a good selection. Once you were at the hotel you could walk to almost everything if Disney and California Adventure was your main destination.
“Great location! Across form Disneyland”
Gift basket was a nice touch, lighting fast check-out.
“Extremely Good”
The hotel is located in a location extremely convenient to Disneyland (directly across the road). The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is a very good hotel for families. The hotel has a nice pool area and the breakfast supplied is very good. It even included gluten free cereal which as someone who requires this is unusual. the location of the hotel allows people to go the Theme Parks early in the morning and with the 'park hopper' pass it allows you to leave and return to the hotel for a rest and return later in the day should children etc require a rest. The location of the hotel makes this a very easy as you simply leave the park and walk across the road. Rooms are very neat, tidy and comfortable. Would definitely return to the hotel if I were returning to this area.
“Fine but old hotel”
We booked a room with two queen beds. We ended up with one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. They didn't have anything else for us. The room was extremely small. The sink was plugged and there was no room for makeup or anything on the vanity. They sent someone to repair the sink right away but after they left they didn't clean up the mess they made after unclogging it. Yuck! the smell was horrible. No apologies from management.
“Can't get closer to Disneyland Resort!”
You literally can't stay at an 'off-site' motel that's closer to the Disneyland main gates than this place! The crosswalk is at the front of the motel, and bam! You are at the park! Overall, a nice motel with an okay buffet/breakfast. Rooms were surprisingly quiet for what I was expecting after reading other reviews, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There's a Tony Roma's and an iHop (along with other restaurants) with 300 ft of the location too. Very convenient all around. The rooms were average, but for an economy motel, they were pretty good! The bedding was actually quite nice - more high-end than expected. My only complaint for entire stay was that the room's carpets were very dirty and in need of cleaning. My daughter ran around with her white socks on, and soon, the bottoms were looking very nasty! -- so, try to avoid going bare-foot as much as possible unless the staff tells you the room's carpets have recently been shampooed! (but with the foot traffic this place sees I wasn't too thrown by the state of the carpets)... Overall, a nice experience!
“Best Hotel in the Area for the money”
This hotel is very clean and the service is great. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean both in apperance and smell. The gift baskets were a very nice touch. You can not get a better off property hotel location than this. You can see the fireworks and slightly hear the music from the hotel parking lot. The complimentary hot breakfast is good. I would definitly recomment this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
“Awesome location to Disney!”
I was impressed with the hotel. Not only was it directly across the main entrance to Disney, but the hotel is clean, comfortable and they care. The hotel left messages on room phone to ask if they could do anything to make the stay better. Upon arrival, they give a welcome basket, which is the only hotel I know of that does it. It literally is the perfect location and accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean.
“Great Hotel Service”
My family and I, use this hotel everytime we go to Disneyland, we always get great service
