What a beautiful spot for a weekend stop over. The Fashion Mall next door (walking distance) was a great experience.

It was great. The place was nice and pretty. The staff was nice. The spa was amazing. Private pool and not too bad food. Would go again.

God Awful Service

Water in the shower was up to my ankles. Gross. No blanket in closet and no lock box to place valuables in. Called room service 3 times and was on hold for over 15 mins each time so I'd hang up and try again, only to never get a hold of anyone. Called the operator to speak with manager about all this and was on hold for 9 minutes waiting for a manager before I lost patience and hung up again. Horrible hotel. Better service at a Hampton inn.

Our guests should be able to easily reach every one of our departments, and I apologize that you were unable to do so even after a long wait. The service failure and drainage problems you encountered certainly do not reflect the highest standards of service and guest experience to which I hold our team and the hotel itself. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are well appointed, with a fridge, and plenty of towels. However, things like self parking and *Internet* cost extra. The extra charges were a profound disappointment. At the nightly rate they charge, they should be included. Every time we looked at another nice amenity in the hotel, we were wondering if they were going to charge us for it. I don't think we'll be staying here again.

All the money, but no high dollar benefits

It is all in the details. I was there four days. NOT ONE DAY did our staff clean or stock our room properly we left a $5-10 tip a day. One day no hand towels or wash clothes, next left all trash in cans and failed to give restock on coffee, the next no cups or soaps. We had to call for something everyday. It had a motel feel with a high priced hotel tag. I just want to get what I'm paying for. They did have nice workout facilities.
