“not impressed”

The room was okay, but hallways needed repainting, it looked clean but looked like it was not kept up.

“Worst Stay Ever”

Even though the photos show the rooms are real spacious, they are half the size I expected. There isn't even a closet in the room, just an open space to put your stuff there. The iron didnt work, and the ironing board would collapse on its own. Do Not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Never Again”

We reserved a specific room type, called ahead to make sure they knew what type of room we wanted and that we were a late check in. We were assured everything was in order. Upon arrival they sent us to a room with only one bed for four guests. After lugging our luggage back to the car at midnight, driving to the front desk, waiting in line again, we were told they did not have any rooms available in our requested room type. We were given instructions as to where breakfast would be provided the next morning, but when we arrived there we were informed we were in the wrong location and by the time we arrived at the correct location, they were closed. The sheets were rough, the bathroom dirty and room was tiny. The only saving grace in the entire experience was that Expedia was able to get a refund for the unused two nights and we were able to get accommodations at a much nicer hotel, with more amenities at a cheaper price!

“Not Impressed”

Our Stay at the Holiday Inn was VERY dissapointing. At check inn, we ask about the free shuttle that takes you to knotts and times, all the girl said was look at the at the board for the times she never told as we had to schedule an appointment to get pick up, the walk to Knotts its about a mile and very dangerous if traveling with little kids because of the bridge crossing. The hotel needs a face lift and a good scrub, some areas smelled really bad. There are plenting of good shops around for food and forgotten accessories. Overall would not recommend this hotel, not for the price paid.

“wondeful experience”

Very close to Knott's Berry Farm and many other attractions. Easy to find and convenient access to highways to distant attractions. Clean rooms and great pool. Would stay again!

“2+ star hotel”

not Holiday Inn you would normally expect (at least Holiday Inn I am used to). quite an old building, rooms are so-so with weird odor. overall, it's ok, I guess for the price. next time will look for a different hotel

“Very Relaxing Has it All”

My recent trip was to visit friends and enjoy their company and Buena Park. I always book my hotel with Expedia, the rates are great , booking online can't be any easier. After I booked my 3 night stay, I saw that the Holiday Inn Buena Park also has a shuttle service with a company named Karma Shuttles. That saved me the time of finding a cab or some other shuttle I wasn't familiar with. Karma picked me up at John Wayne Airport took me right to the hotel. I also saw online with Holiday Inn Buena Park, that they have a car rental in the hotel. My trip was so stress free, my room was clean the employee's were very nice and accomodating. The hotel also furnishes a free access to a computer so I could print my planes boarding pass. This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn Buena Park, I see no reason to look for any other hotel on my next trip!

“would book this hotel again”

As stated earlier, staff was friendly, especially the shuttle driver. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. The only downfall was the quality of food at their restaurant, it was bland, no flavor. Overall, I would rate our visit satisfactory!

“I will never go back there”

The hotel was not clean at all levels. Towels and linens were dirty. Noisy rooms. Itchy bedding. Not even a clean shower and bed for the night. Do not stay there.
