Pleasant hotel next to Airport

First time staying here, and enjoyed it, very much so. Staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The rooms very warm and inviting. Beds are nice and comfy, and highly enjoyed their 41inch tv. If ever in irvine and need a place to crash, this Hilton is my top choice.

Front disk

I did not really like the way that people in the front disk treated me, I asked for an extra bed in the room earlier once I arrived and the person told me that they are out of them but he told me I'll send a ballon bed instead and I agreed. At night I went to the front disk to ask for that bed but there were a girl that refused to give me any kind of beds because they are out of them, I mentioned to her that I ordered earlier and an employee at the front disk conformed my request. Then I had to talk to the supervisor to get whatever bed to sleep on and he sent me a thick blanket instead of the bed I have been asking for !!

Not room I reserved

Very disappointed. Though the hotel was very nice, I made a reservation for a room with two beds. They said using Expedia does not guarantee your room. If that us the case, why would anyone book through expedia.

Beautifu decor in lobby.

Pros: Lobby decor.
Cons: Air conditioner.
Very nice property for the price. Air conditioner in the room is loud so every time it turned on we woke up. Otherwise property was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel, good food, and comfy beds!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton. and The service was very good, and the waiters in the restaurant were attentive and efficient. The Hilton even provided a mini sewing kit when a tear was discovered in a garment!

Convenient and clean

Pros: Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice staff
Cons: Update pool area
Location: Close to Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, etc.
Close to John Wayne Airport, clean and comfy. Pool area could use an update and bar service.

Cons: The card readers for parking and the door were very sensitive and required multiple swipes to get it to work.
I was originally assigned a room that smelled as if it was a smoking room. My room was immediately changed out and the front desk attendant came to my room with a set of keys to a new room.

Disappointing for a hilton

The room was small, extremely noisy, air was noisy. Couldn't open the slider for air because we were above the air conditioners on the roof of the main building. The bathroom tiles and floors looked dirty because they still had leftover glue on them from repairs. Grout was dirty. I have never been unhappy with a Hilton before, but I wasn't able to sleep at all.
