“A Pleasant Surprise”

We had to fly back to Cali due to a death in the family. The hotel was close to the airport and had accessability to all the places we needed to be. The staff was courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast all we could have asked for in a hotel. The rooms clean and reasonable, yet still elegant. What else can I say? We will stay there again.

“Great stay...”

Got a good deal on the room rate, the room was quite nice, they had a shuttle to take us down the road for our holiday dinner party, and the included breakfast was good the next morning. Overall, everything went very well staying at this hotel.

“The Only Place I Stay”

This is my third stay at this Embassy Suite and as always the personnel are pleasant and professional. The rooms are clean, quiet, and efficient. The complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets is great in the morning. The computer room is quite and tucked out of the way. I highly recommend this hotel to any one staying near the John Wayne Airport. The only drawback is the $15.00 dollar a night parking charge, granted it is secured parking but it should be free to paying guest. But that said I still recommend it.

“A little disappointed!!”

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites many times, but unfortunately the room that we had this time was not at all like the previous ones, too small and the bed was uncomfortable.

Dining

El Torito Grill has great food and is at walking distance. Maggiano's also a good restaurant but you have to drive... and the traffic lights are sooo long!!

“We will go back again”

Hotel Room looked exactly like the picture. Room service was really slow our first day there. The only downside is the location of The parking structure it does not have a direct entrance to the hotel. Other than that our stay was great and we will stay there again in the near future.

“Will not stay there again!”

Parking and getting to your room was a joke! No valet or an easy way to park. I had to figure it out on my own! Hotel charged me $15 for over night parking and then the gate charged me $15 to get out of the ramp. Front desk staff was cold as ice and didn't seem to care one way or the other. manager at the front desk said he would get me a cab. He did but cabbie left me there alone in the cab while he went in to pay the front desk guy $3 for kick back. Wasted 5 minutes of my life so he could get $3. AC in the room was poor and it shut off at 11am, i guess so they could save a nickel. I generally like Embassy suites but not this one. Only good thing was they did have a good breakfast. next time in Irvine stay away for this one.

“Another great stay”

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we will be back next summer! Very clean, nice hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. We love the breakfast and managers reception. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and the hotel was fully booked. The hotel staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and stocked during breakfast and the managers reception. Good location too! Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

“NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY”

THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN ABOUT THE PARKING GARAGE IN BACK, WE ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL TOWELS RIGHT AFTER WE GOT TO THE ROOM AND 3 HOURS LATER, WE HAD TO CALL AGAIN AND ASK FOR THE SAME AGAIN.
