The stay was very pleasant, staff was kind our room was nice clean and spacious. Everything is it walking distance and we weren’t far from our destination Disneyland. Price was good as well

The floor was dirty and we found a live cockroach as well. The bedsheets and pillowcases looked like they weren’t changed. I know that it is cheap but cleanliness and pest management should always be top priorities. The staffs on the front desk were not welcoming and inattentive. I definitely think that they need a new management.

Nice big clean room. Comfy bed. Check in took forever in spite of the fact that we had reservations. Plus they demanded all sorts of ids and documents signed by both of us. Never had such experience before.

When we got there it was around 11:30-11:45 am after a 5-6 hour car ride and wanted to check in to get cleaned up for a USC Trojans basketball game at 4pm that same day and could not check in early. I could look at the parking lot and see that there wasn’t too many guests so I thought we should have no problem checking in. Nope…..had to wait basically until the game was over so that meant we had to change in the bathroom of the hotel. We all wanted to shower and rest and change our clothes but unfortunately we had to do it this way.
