“not impressed”

over priced for what you get. parking is to far from the hotel. service in the restaurant is not good. happy hour is a joke. will not go back.

“If youre going to Disney, this is the place to stay!!”

Where do I even begin? this was by far the best hotel i've stayed at! The quality was amazing! I loved the shuttle that took us to and from disney! The pool was amazing! Everyone hung out at the pool. The staff was sooooo friendly! This hotel is totally worth the price, which i thought wasnt very bad!

This hotel was located near various shopping places. It is right across the street from Target. There are Red Robin and Outback like at the entrance of the hotel.

“Decent- convenient”

Not the best hotel I've stayed at but not the worst either- the staff was nice and friendly. The room had slight issues nothing tremendously horrible though. One of the walls had a deep crack and indentation- looks like it came from the bathroom door slamming against it. The chair in the room was stained noticeably on one side of it. The drain in the shower did not flow very well, making the water back up some as you showered. Although this was a non- smoking unit, I found a cigarette in the room (I know that's no the Hotel's doing but was overlooked when cleaning up). They do offer a Disney shuttle which was very useful and convenient while taking my nephew to the park. it's on a great location, Target is right across the street as well as Walgreens, Red Robin, Outback steakhouse and a couple of other restaurants (all well within walking distance). may not be my first choice in future visits but I would not overlook it as a possibility.

Getting around
The Disney shuttle departs 15 to 20 minutes before the park opens (has shuttles back and forth through out the day) and has a final pick-up for return back to the Hotel after it closes. Just be prepared to be crammed upon taking the last couple of shuttles back to the Hotel.

“Surprising hotel.”

I have been to several hotels in the area, so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. This hotel is in excellent condition and staff is very helpful but never intrusive, it's like if they where not there at all. I did not use room service so I can't comment on that. Swimming pool is a little small given the size of the hotel. Parking lot is almost always full and th spaces are tight. A lot of people use two spaces, so the hotel should do something about it. The hotel is in general in very good shape and very clean. You get free wifi in the hotel's public areas. My only complaint is the baby-sized pillows that I had in my room. These are extremely small. Don't know if they are the hotel standar. I'm planning a similar trip very soon and I'll definitely consider the Crown Plaza resort.

Area recommendations
You should definitely go to Huntington Beach. It's about a 30 min drive from the hotel.

“Disneyland Crowne Plaza”

I was truly happy with this choice! No parking fees, free Disney shuttle and a lot of food to choose from within walking distance.

Downtown Disney is a free shuttle ride away and lots of fun!

“Great hotel!”

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. It's a great deal for the money. Great location too. Would stay there again and recommend highly.

“Great place to stay”

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a nearby conference and the accomodations were clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed beside the elevator, which made it difficult to sleep since we could hear all of the beeping when it would arrive at our floor. If you stay at the hotel, make sure you are no where near the elevator!

“Great hotel near Disneyland!”

The staff was wonderful. The hotel and our room were very clean. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. The shuttle to Disneyland was very easy to use. We had a WONDERFUL experience at this hotel.

Area recommendations
We had fun exploring Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, and the beaches close by.
When to go
Don't go during holiday season! Disneyland was very crowded. We rented a car from the airport.

“Like this hotel a lot”
