“Comfort and service”

Arrived late after a long flight. The night manager was welcoming efficient and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable complete with sitting area,mocrowave and fridge.Very good breakfast iincluded in the price. This hotel offers a high level of customer service I would stay here again.

“would use again”

A very nice hotel. Minor moan maid failed to top up in room coffee every day and had to ask for cups on one occassion. Breakfast was basic but fine. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. My daughter used the gym most days and was very pleased with it. Staff helpful and very friendly. Had trouble parking one evening when event on at Honda centre and cars parked in hotel car park. Still rates as one of the best hotels we have stayed in this area. would use again
