The online pictures are NOTHING like the property! Dirty nasty walls, bathrooms with mold on the walls and shower heads, hair everywhere, weird smells. Then read reviews the day before that there was homicide and swat on the premises to remove a tenant. Called Expedia to get a full refund and the front desk manager said all he could do was give me a different room. This property is not safe at all and I am appalled that Expedia has kept them on the list of available hotels. Expedia wouldn’t give me a refund either only a $35 credit to use on another hotel not even half of my cost of the room I stayed in for less than 1 hour. I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable and The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.The location was perfect close to the Disneyland and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.

Place looked run down, horrible repair work down they said they were in the middle of a remodel due to no hot water and low water pressure, but there was mold in the bathroom, painted over water damage, floor was so dirty n sticky smelled of harsh degreasers, bedding was and and stains all over sheets, water pipes holding together with wire and tape, homeless all over getting bugged when ever entering and leaving, door didn’t seal right or shut half the time would have to slam shut

Check in was definitely easy and quick no complaints there. The room itself was nice, it was spacious and had a good layout. The room just needs to be maintained better there were spiders and small roaches. The sink would clog so quick i couldn’t even wash my hands for too long before the water started rising. The temperature settings in the shower was backwards, learned that after waiting so long for the water to warm up… not a terrible place for the price but i would rather spend a few more dollars.

Room wasn't ready when I came to check in and they gave me the key 30 min later and they still were cleaning the room for another 20 minutes. Big roaches behind the toilet. Feces stain on the toilet seat. Water drips all day and night which is annoying...food left in the fridge..door busted...latch on the door broke to prevent break in...eyelashes on the baseboard...blood on the sheets and it was ripped.

I never leave reviews. Simply because I feel not everything needs one, and one bad stay at a place doesn’t sum up the property as a whole. But. This one took the cake. The room smelled like smoke. The threshold to the bathroom was snapped off and the nails were exposed, which was pretty dangerous. Black mold in the bathroom, and to get new towels we had to bring the old ones to them. Overall, would never stay here again.

It's not the worst but it definitely isn't the best. Our room was clean and we asked for extra blankets and received them straight from the laundry room. Plumbing was an issue though. The tub wouldn't drain and the sink would back up after a few seconds and would take a bit to drain. It served us good as a quick after Disneyland stay so we didn't have to drive far after the park but if I had to choose I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch. The staff was friendly to me so I can't say anything bad about them. Property could use some TLC.
