The hotel is clean, staff is nice and breakfast is good. The only complaint is that their toilet is so low and tiny it feels like toddlers’, and bathroom is small. If they can replace the toilets to normal height and adult size that’ll be good!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There was a shuttle to the downtown area for a reasonable price and the Grand Ole Opry was in walking distance. The breakfast was very good as well.

The room had a bit of an odd smell, but was clean. Bathroom is small. Vanity lighting was great. The bed, however, was extremely comfortable. The lobby area had a strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner which I, personally, don’t enjoy- but that’s better I guess than not being cleaned. Average room-average price for the area.

It was very well lit when we came back from our evening. We liked the sink being seperate from the shower area. Nice bed sheets The ac was inadequate, it was a long hot night- We are older- 55 plus - so the stools being low were problematic.

Outside looks newer, very well lit parking area. Lobby and dinning area are clean and newer looking. Beds were stiff, found stains on the curtains and on pictures on the wall, which included - what looked to be black mold growing between the photo and the glass. Toilet was super loud, which woke up the other person if you used the bathroom at night. Great location of you are looking to be close to Opryland.

Our room was nice, but the bathroom is very small with the sink located actually outside of the bathroom. The bathroom door needed some work. It stuck badly and made lots of noise when you opened it. The morning breakfast was good, but the area is small, and since we were there for a weekend, it was very very crowded. Other than that our stay was good clean tidy, lots of hot water and pleasant staff.

Really disappointing stay. Room was not clean, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, breakfast offered was gross and area was not clean. Parking lot was always overcrowded and we couldn’t park. Advertised as queen beds, but it was smaller than a double bed given to us. When we called the desk for help, we got no response on 3 attempts. We will definitely not be staying here again and will not recommend it to others.

It was sufficient for our two night stay. It was clean enough but bathroom a little outdated. Front desk guy was not friendly at all. Overall, I would stay there again. Very close to Gaylord and Opry Mills mall.

Our first assigned room smelled like smoke. Our daughter had been given that room prior and complained it smelled like smoke. I was told it was cleaned. Well air freshener doesn't clean smoke smell. So we had to also go request another room. The guy at the counter didn't say a word and seemed annoyed with us but he did give us a different room. The room was tiny and missing baseboards. It had a hole on the wall from the door. This place needs updating!

I was quite surprised with this hotel. It was convenient to our destination, very clean, smelled clean as well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would stay there again. Every bit as nice as our stays at the Hilton. Our room was neat, clean and our bed was comfortable. The price was very fair and the free breakfast was good as well.
