It looks like this used to be apartments. Now they are very old. smell in room is not nice. I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was friendly and check in was fine, but the property is really run down and the rooms are old and worn and didn't smell great. Someone was pounding on doors at 1am, which made it feel unsafe. And I really can't believe parking is not included in the price. Would not stay here again.

We attempted to stay at this place and after trying four different rooms we ended up switching hotels. Two of the rooms smelled like smoke, one room like cats and litter boxes, and one strong of curry. My daughter had a difficult time breathing and broke out in hives. We both had headaches after trying to stay overnight in the room with curry smell but it was just too strong. It was also not very clean. Dishes were dirty upon pulling them out of the cupboards, bathroom sink cabinet looked like it had been chewed on by a pet. Windows didn't close correctly which didn't allow them to lock which made for a safety issue. Other guests from our group moved as well as they had rooms that weren't clean (crumbs and hair on sheets - had not been washed), other odors, wet carpet. The staff tried to remedy it by switching rooms and they were accommodating to cancelling our other nights due to our distress. Unfortunately it was a stressful situation and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Two things were poor. First, initial navigation to our room at night was confusing, buildings and signage poorly thought out. Front desk lady made a half-hearted stab at explaining it by pointing at paper maps but it wasn't until I got outside that I realized this facility is something like a dozen different buildings. Signage was stupid small. We heard other people comment on it. Second, there were three small, rock hard pillows on the bed. This was a surprise, I hadn't experienced this in a hotel anywhere in the country in the previous 40 years. Sleep was poor. I won't be back to this hotel. Sorry to trouble you: hope you can fix this stuff.

The Marriott Residence Inn Ontario Airport location does not represent the Marriott product I am accustomed to experiencing. The room heater did not work until maintenance came to do a reset, the kitchen sink facet was stripped it was a challenge to turn to facet on, the new smoke detector install worked while the old one had wire exposed hanging from the ceiling, and the carpet looked dirty and old. Maintenance also had to fix our TV because there was no signal. The bathroom was outdated. There were large paint chunks missing from the bedroom wall. There were wooden pallets behind a storage placed on the ground outside on the property. A remodel needed! I will not stay there again! Overall, the room was unkept! Disappointed with 524.

I reserved this property because of the hot tub and its proximity to the airport. When I got there, the hot tub was out of order, and there was no shuttle to the airport. Additionally, I had to pay for parking. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known these things. Further, the room was dirty, and smelled bad.

This is a run down hotel and dirty. We stay at Marriott Residence hotels all the time and have never been to one so run down. The bed was very comfortable but the room had no hair dryer and was really run down and not the cleanest

Our stay was 6 days, we needed to do laundry. 4 washers in laundry room and only 1 worked. Also our water heater leaked every night, wet socks everytime we stepped into restroom area. Also kitchen is not very well stocked, poor lighting in room also.

Totally did not like this area it totally changed. I've been there before and never hasn't been like that. I paid over 200 dollars for a Penthouse and it was ghetto. It was dirty blood on sheets blood on the floor just so ridiculous. That's why I'm asking for a refund

Photos/description not representative of the room; room clean but very run down, shower knob loose (scalding hot or cold only), A/C broken, but finally fixed on the 4th night of a 4 night stay despite telling front desk two days earlier , and only because security noticed our window and front door were left open to get air in room. Chose this place because they had a hot tub only to find it was out of service. Daily breakfast was the best part of our stay here. Won’t be coming back
