“OK but a little expensive”
The Sheraton Omaha is a decent place to stay but a little expensive for me. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was adequate but not very attentive to details. There was a used washcloth hanging on my shower rod and a dab of someone's toothpaste on the back side of my faucet. I can handle those minor details, but others may find them more offensive. I was more bothered by the charges for wireless internet and lobby coffee. In my opinion, these should be free these days. Many other hotels already do this and they charge much less for rooms than the Sheraton. I would stay again, but would try to negotiate a better rate first.
“Change the sheets much?”
My husband found a "remember to fall back" daylight savings reminder paper in between the sheets about 4 days after daylight savings- YUK!
“Didnt deliver”
Dont expect any free, anything. The description said free video games nope dont have those anymore coffee $2 a cup not complimentary, The newspaper that comes with the room was a day old really come on The hotel was beautiful, bed comfy but going for the nice hotel bit me in the backside no continental breakfast, completely out of the way to get to any main attractions, Im surprised we didnt have to pay for toilet paper. I will not be returning there needless to say. So if you expect to recieve nothing extra and dont care if you get a day old paper then enjoy.

location was difficult to find. Hotel was VERY nice. Staff great.
“Weekend get away.”
My husband and I found the hotel staff to be wonderful. We were on the 6th floor the 1st night we were there a family with 2 kids came in late and the children were very load. They woke us up at 7am with the kids playing. We ask the front desk if they would be staying for another night. She said yes and offered to change rooms for us. We did change rooms... same floor so not a problem. They even offered to move our thing for us. They gave us a free breakfast for two, the food was good. We could see that the hotel was upgrading many things.. the only complaint we have is the hot tub was not working.
