Several times in the room were broken. Took pics when I checked in and reported to front desk. Room was cleaner when I checked out then when I checked in. Dog feces from residents was never picked up. Stepped in several times. Complained to front desk.

This hotel was very nice and in a nice location. All the staff were kind and friendly, as well as some of the other guests staying there. The rooms are a pretty good size and are easy to live in for an extended stay. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, including an urgent care and a pharmacy which we had to utilize. Its right by the Orbit bus route which makes it in an excellent location for those staying without cars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again. :)

The owner checked us in and since we were only staying one night, he didn’t change us an incidental fee and even gave us a better rate. Definitely would stay again.

When we walked in the smell of the room was terrible. We had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell of marijuana. It was unbearable. We had a small child with us as well. The air vents were very rusty as well.

The photos of this property are not representative of what you’ll expect to see. I was give a room in building #5, that was located at the back of the property. Just pulling into a space I could see trash and broken glass in the parking lot. The room looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a while. I had requested a second room closer to the front of the property. This room was also dirty. There was hair in the bed and I found a dried up contact lens when I pulled the sheets back. There was a bar lock on the front door that looks like it have been removed and reinstalled in several places. The gal at the front desk seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to complete my reserved stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Would not let me check in even though I was 21. Claimed they had trouble a month ago regarding underage check-in and now won’t let you check in even if you’re of age (are they allowed to do this?). There is no where to inform clients of this change and they force you to cancel your reservation at the counter. I had to mention military affiliation in order for them to let me check in. When I entered the room it smelled of smoke (they claimed it was a smoke-free room). The front desk apologized and said they would send a maid to “clean” the room due to there being no other available rooms. When it was ready we drove back to the room and the smell of febreeze was excessively strong. It was as if a smoker was trying to cover up their smell.. nasty. We ultimately ended up getting a refund -of which you only get partial payments for each day you had reserved- (ex. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and only initially got refunded for 1 night. Then we would get refunded for the second night the next day.) To top it off, they were making a younger couple cancel their reservation as I was leaving. If everything had worked out the way it was supposed to, it would have been a nice place to stay. Disappointing.

At check-in I was met with a crass staff member that was uninterested in helping out with a request. The door to the room would not latch properly. Parking lot was just big enough for most vehicles, but not overly convenient. The breakfast was okay, decent options but not enough for all of the guests. Also noticed staff members eating the breakfast taking away from guests.

Outside was a bit dirty where someone threw up. Also was told to come earlier at 5AM because breakfast ran out at 8:30. Lastly I was assigned the wrong room and had to move out to a different one a few hours later after settlings.

Our keys didn’t work the next day…a man was sent to repair but he was ill and left a horrible smell and some bodily fluids in the room. The motel moved us to another room but that kitchen sink was full of icky water and would not drain…the next morning the bathroom stool wouldn’t flush. We attended a funeral and when we returned the motel offered another room. We had only stayed 2 days, but, we left and booked another motel…Comfort Suites which was a nice relief. I don’t think Sonesta is safe!!

Nice and quiet, it is an Extended Stay so you really felt like you were in an apartment complex. Some remodeling done. Some areas that needed it most haven’t been done. Friendly staff, no hot water for hot tea, otherwise Great breakfast

I'm pretty sure the same food was put out everyday for breakfast. I don't mean the same type of food, but new, either. The food is placed in its containers or holding dish, left there if not eaten the same day, and then reheated and placed back out the following day. After day 2 I quit looking forward to their free breakfast bc it was the same as the 2 days prior, just warmed back up.

I was pleased with my stay, it's a tucked away spot in the busier part of town. It's centrally located, with many eating options nearby. It's a great spot, and my only two complaints would be the towels and carpet. Outside of those 2 issues, I would recommend to anyone.

The clerk at check in was nice and friendly. He explained the breakfast times, check out stuff and all the other routine information. We paid for a King Suite with a fireplace. The pictures on the site look NOTHING like the room we walked into. It was filthy, had black mold up the walls in the bathroom, and black mold along the bottom of the front door. There were numerous portions of the ceilings covered in dust mites, the vents hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long and even the furnace door was covered in dust clumps. The door handle barely stayed on the door, the vent in the bathroom didn’t work and there were obvious signs of severe water damage in the tub to the point it bowed under the slightest pressure. The towels were gross and discolored, the kitchen cabinets and walls were very slimey and gross. We ended up checking out a day early (which they refused to process) and had to go get Lysol to spray the bed down with. Hands down one of the nastiest rooms I’ve stayed in.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly and almost forgot to give me the room key if I hadn't asked for it. The lobby looks nice but can't say the same for the rooms. When we got into the room, the door lock was broken, and the deadbolt did not work. Looked like the door had been kicked in at least a time or two.The curtains were all ripped up and several curtains had stains. Bathroom was dirty, bathtub looked like it hadn't been hardly cleaned, and bathroom fan was broken. The floors were carpet and tile were sticky. The property from the outside looked a bit rough as trash and beer cans were laying outside some of the rooms. Overall, this property has potential but unfortunately seems very poorly kept to the point that this property felt unsafe to stay in.

Disgusting. The door to the furnace was locked but would not stay closed and the entire furnace closet was covered in furnace dust like the filter had never been changed or had not been in place for months. There was a large dead bug stuck in the folds of the drapes and looked to be petrified or been stuck there for years. Have pictures and video - just send me a link and I'll upload. Do no stay here.
