“Worst hotel experience ever!”
We returned from the pool to discover that our key wouldn't unlock the doors to our room. Maintenance man spent 20 min trying to get in while my tired, wet, cold kids and I waited impatiently. Finally got in, only to find peeling wallpaper, food gunked on the wall and hairdryer in bathroom, and mold growing in the shower and all along the floor. Complained to front desk. They moved us to a new room (the "tower"....made it sound like it would be so much better when they explained it but it was just a slightly cleaner, still old and run-down room) and gave us free passes to the water park. This hotel was just plain old and dumpy. If you're going here just for the water park, stay at the Baymont instead. It's RIGHT next to the waterpark and is almost guaranteed to be a nicer place. (waterpark was nice) I thought by choosing Ramada we wouldn't have to worry about quality....I was wrong. :(

only problem with the room, was it took a long time for the water to get hot. a waste of water.

Hotel is decent. A little ran-down. Rooms need some updating. But for the price, it's a fair place to stay. Good location!
“Vacation at Coco Keys”
It was disappointing to find out our package did not include the waterpark, which was an extra $60. Our room had trash on the floor, wasn't vacuumed nor dusted and the 220 for the a/c was hanging off of the wall. We took the issues to the front desk before going out for supper, the young man at the front handled the issues and gave us 4 free passes to the water park. That was fantastic, what wasn't was not ventilation in the bathroom.
“Decent, no fridge”
Room was clean and nicely decorated, although brand new wallpaper already peeling.Fitted sheets wouldn't stay on mattress, no mini fridge or microwave, had water stains on ceiling. Waterpark not worth the money, the hotel pool itself is nice. No breakfast included.
“Unsafe environment, not worth the convenient location”
Unsafe environment with constant wet carpets and floors. Moved rooms due to A/C not working in first room. Both rooms had toilet that made loud noises every 30-40 mins. Jacuzzi not working but you don't learn that info. until you pay extra money to use the water park. Parking lots all blocked off for hotel upgrades, no signage to available or close parking. Humidity in entire hotel unbearable. Ice and vending machines not working on all floors. Unacceptable hotel conditions and possible health hazzard. The convenient location just wasn't worth it.
