“Good experience”

Nice property and location. We stayed during the College World Series and there were a couple of teams staying at this location. We were concerned about noise and activity, but the hotel did a nice job of keeping things orderly and they put us in a prime quiet location. The decorating in the room was very nice. Parts of the hotel are looking a little dated, but overall it was a very good experience.

“Our regular Omaha choice”

Classic Marriott hotel ... good size rooms, updated, friendly staff. Location near the Westroads Mass, one of Omaha's better malls, and a more upscale neighborhood if you like to go for a morning run. About 10 minutes from Creighton University and downtown, so it's easy to get around.

“bad experince”

We had the room for 3 days.At one time the Hotel was ex.Hallway and room heavily sprayed Ozium,They moved us to another room that by the morning the ozium fumes came in our room.Gave both of us my wife and I headaches.We checked out that morning and went to a Comfort Inn that was great.This hotel is in the best area of Omaha and needs to be updated.Everything was dirty and worn out.We were in Omaha for a funeral which made things even worse.

“Pretty comfortable”

We enjoyed our stay at teh Marriott. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They provided us with an airbed although it was the middle of the night when we requested it! It is alos conveniently located right off of the highway and pretty close to the Omaha zoo. Whole Foods is right next door as well!

“Great Hotel”

This was a great hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms were great and the beds awesome. The roads leading to it are a little confusing but the overall location was good, right next to a whole foods. Would definitely stay there again.

“Loud, Noisy - Hard to Rest here!”

This hotel was packed with a very loud gathering of attendees who came from over 5 states to attend. They were extremely loud and not at all concerned with how disturbing they were to other guests at all hours of the day or night in the hallways and public areas. Rather disturbing to anyone who may have wanted to get some rest in their own room! Noisy hallways - paper thin walls and doors. Constantly heard doors slamming down the hallways. Could hear the group's attendees being noisy in the hallways and in elevators. Not very pleasant. Wish we would have known all that was booked plus 3 weddings at the hotel for the weekend. We would have stayed elsewhere. Next time I would check that out first prior to booking!

“Really nice hotel.”

Just an all-around really nice hotel. It looks to have been recently updated. Very clean room.

Area recommendations
Right off of Dodge street and I-680. Westroads Mall and Regency have everything you could need.

“Felt just like home!”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Had a very nice quiet room and the breakfast-which was included-was fantastic. We have stayed at this Marriott many times and have never been disappointed.
