“Not impressed”
Lake Quinault is a beautiful location and there are several wonderful hikes in the area. I would not recommend staying at this Lodge because the walls are paper thin and we could hear what the couple next door was saying even though they were not loud. It is a closed economy for breakfast and dinner, and dinner prices are $30 per plate. The nearest place to eat is over a mile away by narrow road (not safe to walk at night) and was $20 per plate. I recommend bringing your own food. They do have a pool, but no jacuzzi, and a game room. Service was so/so.
“nice hotel but too expensive”
i stayed one night in the lodge. the rooms were clean and comfy. my only complaint is that the price for a room was very expensive for what you get and it doesnt include breakfast.
“Very quiet after few hours driving ...”
View on Lake Quinault erases minor problems ... Just I'm not sure that standard of rooms was equal because different buildings there are. Anyway mine was OK.
“Best Accomadation in Olympic National Park”
Great room, great food, great people... Also stayed at Sol Duc Hot Spring Resort, not bad, but this has much much more.
“Lake Quinault”
The Lodge is right next to the Lake. It is well kept but the walls are quite thin. We can hear our neighbors talking.
“A View of the Lake”
Hotel provided a room reasonably priced with a view of the lake, including a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. Common areas were attractive, including a warming fireplace with comfortable chairs. Breakfast was terrific. All in all one of our most memorable stays.
“Rain Forest fun”
beautiful setting, pricey but necessary stop doing a loop of the Olympic Penisula. Make sure you eat at the Salmon House...even better view and good food.
“Fantastic”
The lodge has great food, and the walk from the room is very pleasant and relaxing. The lake is beautiful with the hills in the background. I did not have the chance to try the pool or sauna, but if I can make it back, I surely will try them, they looked great. Many activities, a wonderful fireplace, great area to hike, canoe, bike ride or just enjoy some wine and amazing food.
“Family Fun on Lake Quinnault”
Lake Quinnault Lodge was the final stop on our family trip around the Olympic Penninsula. The room was great and had a view of the Lake. The swimming pool and sauna were a high point for the boys too. The only word of caution is the Roosevelt room restaurant. The service and food was great, but it's a little more expensive than you might expect at a National Park/Forest Lodge. Don't forget to make a reservation for dinner as they DON'T take walk ups. Call before you get there. We'll be going back.
“very relaxing and romantic!”
We truly enjoyed this experience. The food is wonderfull, the view is amazing, the pool refreshing. If your are looking for a place to take a romantic partner, this is it. Families will enjoy the atmosphere and the lake, however it is pricey.
