“Needs some up-dating and a good cleaning!”

There were cobb webs on the ceilings, the carpet was dirty, the tub needs to be refinished or replaced, the towel rack was haning off the wall, and while expressing my concerns to the lady at the front desk (I'm assuming the owner) cut me off and kept saying, ok, ok.

“Well worth the price”

An inexpensive and plain motel. Excellent price, extremely clean and with superior housekeeping. Our room was huge. If you expect luxury, you should be paying more! The owners were very pleasant and businesslike! My wife and I were there for an OLE MISS football game and found the straight shot to Oxford convenient.

I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.More so if you need to make a quick one night stay.

“Keep driving...this one's not even worth a quick look!”

When we drove up and saw the run-down condition of the hotel and the overgrown landscaping we immediately knew this wasn't what we had expected. We went ahead and went into the lobby, which was small, dingy, and smelled of grease. I should have walked away then but I'd booked the room online (and didn't look at the reviews, obviously) and decided to at least check it out. On the way to our room we passed several unsavory looking men who seemed to just be loitering and staring at us. We went into our room, which smelled like an old musty basement, looked around at the dingy carpet & bedding, beat up furniture, out dated bathroom and small beds and decided there's no way we were staying there. On our way out, the same losers were hanging around near the stairs just watching us and our car. The whole place looked like a motel in a bad movie,so we turned in our keys and "checked out". Expedia shouldn't even allow this hotel to advertise on its site...it's a disgrace to the Days Inn brand!
