"We stayed 5 nights in a very cold and wet Zurich, but hotel room was superb and service was excellent. Breakfast ample and delicious, and hotel gave us two free evening drinks daily in return for taking "green" opt-out from room cleaning, though they still did the basics. Reception and concierge services very professional and helpful (ask about the boat trip down the Limmat included in a tram ticket!)"

"Fantastic location in the heart of Zürich. Super welcoming staff and a cozy reception area with free coffee/tea facilities. The room was tiny as booked - that said everything is of very good quality, including the Firestein cosmetics in the bathroom and an extra comfy bed. If the budget allows, I’ll be back."

"Great, comfortable stay at this hotel. Just a few minutes walk to the tram station, or.an easy 10 minute walk to the Zurich main train station. Breakfast was very very filling and we especially loved the made to order omelettes. Will book this hotel next time we're in Zurich!"
