Check in was quick and painless. The concierge and reception staff are efficient and anticipate every need. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are attentive without being annoying . We wanted to go to Kaunas and they were efficient about finding the train schedule and arranging transport. The breakfast was full on buffet with hot food ordered from the kitchen and champagne. The hotel is liberal with amenities and the spa facilities are very good. The actual room was well appointed and the bathroom was lovely. The room was a bit small for two people with luggage, but had everything we needed; safe, iron, tv, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc. The wifi service was excellent; you needed to login once every 24 hours.
An excellent hotel in a quaint location.
We were there for Passover/Easter and with the cathedral across the street heard the magical sound of the evening chants. We had a lovely weekend and would recommend the Kempinski to any discerning traveler.

"Good hotel in old town easy to get to most places"
We found waitresses in hotel lacking in manners but reception staff very helpful
In general people appeared unhelpful
However after an accident there were so many ordinary (young people mainly ) people who went out of there way to be helpful both following the accident and the rest of our stay there that we are looking forward to returning to the beautiful city of Vilnius

The hotel is in the old town with easy walking to most sites of interest. There is a courtyard in the middle of the grounds which is nice and peaceful. The rooms are fine and the hotel is clean. They don't have a bar but are happy to serve drinks in the restaurant which is in the courtyard. Breakfast are good with plenty of choice & although we didn't eat in the restaurant I'm sure the food would be good.

The owners took what was a wreck of a hotel 23 years ago and made it into a gem. The new glass fronted dining room facing the street is a great addition with very enjoyable views. The food was excellent. The location is perfect The only downside is parking. If you have a car you have a problem. The hotel has no parking. All parking in the Old Town area is by parking meter and the meter has to be fed. It's not cheap and it's not fun to keep feeding it. If you are flying to Vilnius and renting a car there to be used on a journey, don't rent/pick up the car until you leave town.
We had an excellent experience staying at the Moon Garden Art Hotel. Great location next to the historic gate into the Old City center. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged airport transfer both ways and accommodated our late check-out. Good breakfast with made-to-order main course (though avoid what they called Eggs Benedict), Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. We had a top-floor room with slanted roof/ceiling that made getting in and out of bed a challenge. Good (and free) Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.
It was my second visit to Lithuania and the hotel has an excellent location. For the cost you will pay, i believe this is a value pricing hotel. The room facilities are really very basic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 15 minutes drive time from vilnius airport.

Outstanding location in old town. Nice and friendly staff. Rooms felt more 3 star than 4 star though & the breakfasts were really disappointing. Nonetheless would still recommend Conti - as in a great location and is friendly.

The medieval Old Town of Vilnius, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is dotted with churches and monuments, cobblestone streets, boutiques, and cafés. Beautiful Vilniaus Street winds its way through the area, which includes the Gediminas Tower and most of the renowned Uzupis neighborhood.
