Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Hotel was charmingly renovated _ i believe a combination of two older structures. Common areas, indoor pool, restaurant, sauna, - Everything very well done. Room was ok and incredibly clean, beds comfy. My only complaint is that, being warm-natured, i found the room on the top floor to be consistently warm.. i requested a fan and they provided a powerful floorstand model that solved the problem. My daughter was preparing to leave south america after a stay of two years, which involved the sale of her car, etc. and the staff was very helpful and patient with our somewhat atypical questions and offered their help.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The staff is very nice, helpful and polite. The location is great and is walking distance from a lot of activities. The breakfast was delicious - juice, coffee or hot chocolate, fruit platter, omlette and bread. The room was very clean.
Cons: 1) The hotel is located on a street where a significant amount of homeless people sit and sleep. Despite this, the staff will call taxis for you, walk you to the taxis, pick you up from outside when you return from a taxi, and the taxis will not leave until you have entered the hotel. So though you might not feel safe on the street the staff makes you feel safe. In general in Bogota most people wouldn't be walking around late at night or when it's dark anyways. 2) The room was cold at night, no central heating. They do provide extra blankets.
Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.
This is a great and well maintained hotel in the middle of La Candelaria, only a few blocks from good restaurants and museums. The room was very clean and pleasant, and the staff was great. We stayed six nights and will return later in our trip.

This is a small boutique hotel that is located near the Gold Museum and other sites such as Monserrate and National Museum. All within walking distance. We had a two single bed room on the 7th floor. It's nicely decorated and clean. We can hear some of the noise from the street but we always sleep with earplugs so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast selections are great and delicious. The staff is very friendly and they will help you set up a trip or call a taxi for you. I would stay here again when I come back to Bogota
