This hotel has gone down hill alot. It was nice and we always stayed in the suite but it has become very run down. The soga chair has lesther peeled off it and flaking, the lamp didnt have a screw in it so they cover falls off alot, and the rooms need to be renovated. The biggest problem is the overnoght manager, the female with the dark hair. She is condescending and rude, she refused to give us an extra towel one night and an extra pillow the next night. She claimed the housekeeping room was locked and we should have asked earlier when they said they would bring it upstairs, but never did and now that was our fault and our problem. She lied about the key to the housekeeping room because it was unlocked the whole night and we had to go there ourselves. Then they out up a sign that says all hotel bills and room charges need to be paid in cash! They claimed the credit card terminal was broken and they would fix it, the same sign was up last year so its not the terminal. Then when we asked hotel.com they couldnt help stating customer service needed to be handled by the hotel, even after they promised to take a payment from us and send it to hotel but wanted to give them a chance to fix it.
