The staff at the reception the bar and the restaurant were all very helpful and the cleaning staff done a good job too. The breakfast was outstanding no shortage of anything. The only fault our room was only set up for one person when it should have been 2 but i mentioned this at the reception and it was sorted immediately. I will be back in Dusseldorf as it is a great city and will certainly return to the Leonardo.
It really is an apartment with limited services. they are not so new and a little bit tired
Rooms are cleaned only once a week so if you dont have time for your own housekeeping a hotel for the same price would be better
Maybe OK for a holiday but for business travelers - the amenities just aren't there

I'm struggling to see how this can be classed as a hotel. My room was 3 flights up a small stair case with no lift or assistance, across the road from the small reception desk in what is no more than a bar in middle of a busy drinking street.
Room was the most basic I have ever stayed in. It seemed clean but decor and furniture were worn out and to a very poor standard.
This maybe ok for 2 or 3 lads looking for accommodation on a stag weekend but not suitable for any business trip or any families.
The location is right in middle of busy pub and bar area so it is very noisy untill after 3am. Some people will love this but not if you have children.
