“Executive Inns & Suites Od Saybrook CT”

There was a computer in the hotel lobby that could not be used to print boarding passes. A teenager came out from the manager's apartment and printed them behind the front desk. On check out, the hotelier came out in her pajamas and stated she could not give me a print out of my folio showing a zero balance stating that her copy of the charge card receipt was good enough. Beds very uncomfortable. Overall, very poor service. Do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.

“Schöne, große Zimmer”

Die Zimmer waren überraschend groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Empfangsdame war auch ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Internet PC hat jedoch leider nicht funktioniert - durfte aber netterweise den PC bei der Anmeldung mal kurz nutzen Eine bessere Beschilderung des Hotels wäre ratsam. Zwar sieht man das große Schild am Straßenrand, doch leider wußte ich nicht wohin ich fahren soll bzw. welches Gebäude nun das Hotel ist... Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt's ein nettes Pub (das einzige Pub wo was los war) Old Saybrook an sich ist ein sehr nettes Dörfchen.
