Can't fault the location or communication. Wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness and the sofa needs replacing (apartment 4!) but is a modern, light and warm place to stay to explore the sights. Only other issue was parking. Despite some helpful advice from the people at Max apartments, I still ended up spending over £50 to park whilst we were there for 3 days.
Booked hotel for trip to brighton with mum and sister. The family room we had was very clean and spacious with 2 twin beds and a double. The hotel staff were very friendly and let us check in earlier than the 3pm check in time so we could leave our bags. The hotel is close to everything, our room was directly overlooking a side street near to bars, and a club so it was quite noisy as we stayed on a friday night, however this is to be expected as the hotel was very conviently placed and the noise didn't really bother us.
Breakfast was very good also, overall a great trip.

I was warmly received by Lini who explained how it all works at the Beach Pad and showed me my room. Neat and clean but OH SO SMALL! Lini really went the extra mile to help me when the bulb fused in my room late at night and organized an alternative till the morning. Thank you for not leaving me in the dark!
A very comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff. Excellent facilities in the room and the wet room was great. Had a wonderful sea view including the Wheel and Pier. I will stay here again on any future visists to Brighton. A
