We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Cordoba. This is our second stay in this hotel. We had a great experience both times. We love the staff, very friendly and extremely courteous. We arrived from the airport at 12:00 PM and requested an early check in. They had our room ready in 20' and offered coffee and sandwiches while we waited. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom very modern. The location is great, near metro, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it.
This little unassuming hotel on the main floor of an older building has a lovely charm with updated bathrooms, 18' ceilings and lovely little seating areas with skylights. Juliette and Alejandro treat you like royalty without being stuffy. They took care of the forms for our day trip to Uruguay and visas for Brazil, offered suggestions for activities and booked them for us, and the desk is always covered with security cameras for the main door and public areas. Charming aesthetic in hip neighborhood. I stayed in the largest room #1 which isn't really a suite but there was plenty of room for a roll away to sleep my son.
If you are wanting a great boutique hotel experience in an area of Buenos Aires that is active late into the night, this is the place for you.
The breakfast in the morning is just right to get you going and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I received a free glass of wine and a trip to the spa/sauna.
The rooms have a great style that definitely fits with the area. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, in Palermo neighbourhood. This was the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. They were very knowledgeable about things to do, restaurants, shows, sights to visit, etc. Rooms were very nice. Palermo was a great neighbourhood to stay in. Lots of restaurants/nightlife/daylife. A few blocks away from the subway (about 8 blocks, but that's not far on vacation).

I had a great experience with home hotel, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The staff were attentive, polite and so helpful. I had an exceptional experience, and If I ever return to Buenos Aires I would not hesitate to stay again. Thoroughly recommended.
We booked this hotel on the recommendation of the owner of a parrilla tour we took. It's location is pretty good to walk to the shopping on Honduras in Palermo Soho. There's also a really good Parrilla only 1 block away but I've forgotten it's name already :(. We had no reservations about walking in the area at night but always take common sense precautions just as you would in your native country. There's a coffee shop called Bonafide about a 10 minute walk away and it is so worth the walk. Great tartas and specialty coffee's. The shopping is also quite good with unique boutique stores everywhere. It's not like shopping in Canada where every store seems to sell exactly the same look. It's not bargain basement cheap but the quality is there. The bar scene on Honduras was a little overwhelming too since its all night long. Enough about the area, now the hotel. The hotel was very clean, open and bright in the reception area with a bit of an Asian flair with all the budda heads. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I will advise that check out is at 10:00 am which is a bit early after a late night out! But again, we were well accommodated by the staff, who also stored our luggage while we went shopping before our departure. The front desk also organized a very comfortable private taxi to the airport which arrived exactly on time. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again. A big thanks to the wonderful staff!!

My fiance and I were here for 8 days in October. October isn't the best month to visit Buenos Aires, being the beginning of spring, and there were a couple days of torrential rain and very cool nights. That being said, Palermo Place helped us make the most of our trip, and without the help of their staff we would have been absolutely lost! I think that is the difference with this hotel. The facilities are great, and every room has a kitchenette (great for late start mornings) and is very modern and well done, although the beds could be a bit more comfortable. What sets it apart though is the staff and how much they care about their guests. When we checked in we were greeted with a smile, and robes and slippers in the room along with a bottle of wine! Very welcome after a 15 hour flight! Every day we were asking the staff questions about where to go, what to do when it rained, etc. and they always had great recommendations. They even made reservations at restaurants for us, and arranged our cab ride back to the airport. I have never experienced this level of customer service before!
