Great staff! all spoke English, assisted me in my requests. Great variety of food choices. Rooms well cleaned you could smell the cleanliness! Just wished it was in a more appealing area like Soho. Overall, more bang for your buck!
OWN Palermo Hollywood is a gem. Staff is super helpful. Location is great. When coming to Buenos Aires Palermo is the place to stay, and this hotel provides an excellent base from which to explore the city and to return to great restaurants, cafes, bars, art and shopping. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean (good WiFi). Beds are really comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. Facility is a boutique 16 room hotel - very relaxed atmosphere with a small bar and lounge to relax in or get a coffee. Breakfast was great, and will bring to your room if you are feeling lazy. All told, great experience and made Buenos Aires stay even that more memorable.

Very "authentic" apartments in Palermo. It is not a "hotel" in the typical sense in that there is no front desk or lobby area. They are apartments which can be confusing when first arriving. Be ready to call upon arrival so someone comes and gives you key. They overbooked when i was there but put me up in a really modern and nice place a couple blocks away, however did get to see what would have been my room. Like I said it was very charming and what I would expect a typical local's apartment to look like.
This little unassuming hotel on the main floor of an older building has a lovely charm with updated bathrooms, 18' ceilings and lovely little seating areas with skylights. Juliette and Alejandro treat you like royalty without being stuffy. They took care of the forms for our day trip to Uruguay and visas for Brazil, offered suggestions for activities and booked them for us, and the desk is always covered with security cameras for the main door and public areas. Charming aesthetic in hip neighborhood. I stayed in the largest room #1 which isn't really a suite but there was plenty of room for a roll away to sleep my son.
we didn't end up staying. When we arrived (having booked) there was no one there. The hotel next door was helpful and called the number on the door. Ten minutes later he arrived in a taxi. Let us in, showed us the room. which was nice, then demanded all the money upfrount. We looked at the email from expedia which said we pay the end of the stay, but he was still insisting. We didn't feel comfortable at all. During the easter weekend there didn't seem to be any other guests. We went to another hotel.
