Had a great time! The whole resort was extremely clean. Had a great view and it wasn't overcrowded at all. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful throughout the stay. If there was any downfall I would say the food orders, whether at the restaurant or room service, sometimes took a little long. But I would reccomend to everyone!!
It's not a 5 star hotel, yet it was one of my best hotel experiences ever. You are welcomed with a hug - and it's an honest one. The entire property is just awesome, cute, well maintained, quiet... It is ideally located within walking distance of all the nice restaurants in Cabos San Lucas and yet far away enough from the centre to ensure a pleasantly quiet night. For breakfast, you first get a hug again by the owner - Eric - and a meal just cooked for you - every morning something different plus a home-made fruit smoothie, awesome. Best recommendations for day trips by Eric who grew up there and knows everything about Baja California...
My husband and I spent a week at El Nido, we enjoyed our time time there immmensely! The owners couldn't have been nicer! Tasty, authentic breakfast were prepared and served each day...
We were lucky to get the palapa with the private hottub...unfortunately four out of the six nights the tub was under repair, but the the two days we were able to use it...were heavenly! The beauty and up keep of the grounds were remarkable! Would highly reccommend this hotel- a little nest up high!
As they say location location location. I don't think I could get a better place for the price. There were 9 of us in our party. The rooms were a good size but the beds were hard and old. The staff was nice. If we go back to Cabo I'll request the same room.
Location is close to everything. Hotel Staff friendly but lacked fluent English. No shampoo provided and small television (classic double room). Overall, I would stay here again. I did not plan to stay in my room for a long duration because there is plenty to do in Cabo. Highly recommend if you do not have money for a resort and want a pleasant experience.
