Front desk was a nice guy, forgot my passport at the desk the first night and they gave it back to me in the morning, very cool. There was a loud party happening in the lobby but from my room on the 3rd floor I didn't hear a thing. I was only there to sleep so I didn't experience much of the hotel but what little I did was very pleasant.

This was the perfect place to stay--completely modernized historic building in the charming Old Town, which I enjoyed walking around in. Be sure to check out the history museum, which has prehistoric and Roman artifacts all the way up to 20th century items.
Booked this hotel before leaving home, for my last 2 nights in Klaipeda. Spent the first 12 nights in Lithuania with newly found family members. The service was great, excellent staff; desk clerk was helpful in giving me walking drections and providing me with a map. Great location to walk to Old Town. Breakfast buffet was excellent, bacon and eggs along with other typical Lithuanian fare!! Room was very clean, only downfall was the foam pillows; got used to the large European down filled pillows at peoples homes! Also, I could not reach Room Service; finally fell asleep! Very nice assortment of toiletries in bathroom, also liked windows in hotel that really opened! All in all, I was very pleased with my stay there - although short!
My experience in the restaurant on my last night was awful. It was about half full, with, among others, a large party of about 16 people who weren't residents, and were being well looked after. I waited 15 minutes to be given a menu; then, after I'd ordered, my first course was about 40 minutes coming, and it was lukewarm. While waiting I was given no bread, although some butter was brought along with my first course. I had to request bread. My main course was so undercooked as to be uneatable, and I was served the wrong side dish. By the time my food came I was so tired and stressed that I knocked my glass of wine over. To do her credit, the waitress reacted kindly, replacing the glass for me. However, this was the only time any member of the staff of the Navalis showed any concern for me as a guest at all that evening. When I complained to the manager I was given the excuse that the restaurant was very busy that night, and I couldn't really expect anything better. I think that a hotel has the duty to give as good service to its residents as it does to people coming in from outside to use the restaurant. I have never had such a bad experience in a hotel restaurant, or been treated with such a casual lack of respect. Two nights before, when the restaurant was more crowded, I had had a very good meal, so they obviously can deal with large numbers when they they want to. But on my last night the restaurant was woefully understaffed and I suffered as a result.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, lovely town, couldn't be better. One piece of advice - book an airport taxi through the hotel because it costs only 100 litas. Someone I know recommended her boy-friend Vadik who charged twice that.

The hotel is top notch location! The room has all needed facilities, complimentary toiletries and even analig tv channels. The Only minus would be there was no kettle in the room but perhaps I'm asking too much. The beds are very comfy!
