"One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in; the Sultanahmet Palace Hotel has a real old-world feel, while managing to be beautifully maintained and with modern facilities. The staff were faultlessly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for their guests. Although in the heart of the Sultanhamet area - with the Blue Mosque literally across the road, the pretty courtyard gardens and terrace of the hotel (with sea views) are a peaceful place to sit. So many of the main tourist attractions are on the doorstep of the hotel, along with shopping and dining choices. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"We stayed for 6 nights, great location (walkable to major sightseeing sites, train station, port to catch sea buses to Asia side and new district in north). Staffs were friendly and hard working, rooms (we had connecting rooms) were clean with nice amenities. They even celebrated my husband’s birthday with a small cake and gifts. We will definitely come back when we visit Istanbul again! "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Sultanahment. Wonderful location, great restaurant with amazing view, and very delicious famous breakfast. The service is very professional, rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant on the 5th floor is very convenient for late dinner or early breakfast. And I love the adhans, and Ayasofia view is amazing!"

"This hotel was located in a good area. You can walk to the tram and shops plus to many of the historic sites. The manager and staff were so nice and accommodating. The decor was perfect for a hotel in Turkey. All the furnishings were authentic from the drapes to the furniture. From the rooftop terrace you could see the boats on the water and the beautiful sunsets! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
