"Great place to recover from jetlag. All you need."
Room was spacious, staff were helpful, beach was beautiful and the pool is suitable for all ages (and heights). Not much information in English and some problems with internet, really good place for families.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, reservations were for two double beds but they were able to change it to a room with one king bed. Check in was very smooth. Service was absolutely impeccable. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and clean; located near a golf and country club.
Pro - We extended additional two days to our original four days stay as we were very satisfied with the hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful to readily provide thermometer and medicine upon finding out about my four year old running a fever.
Valet parking was spontaneous, we were also able to borrow a baby stroller for free.
Both Japanese and international breakfast were great.
Quiet location and peaceful relaxing stay.
Con - wish the hotel could have acceded to our request for a late checkout without having to pay a surcharge. That sort of mar our experience to an otherwise 5 star ratings of the hotel. Nevertheless, would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
Suggested improvement - better signage or advance info to first time check in for car drivers to drive directly to the lobby area instead of going directly to the underground carpark area which unfortunately is very old and in urgent need to refurbish which gives a wrong first impression as it contradicts greatly with the front entrance reception. In addition, there was no lift access from underground car park to the lobby and we had to lug up our two luggages up a long flight of steps together with a four years old.
This hotel was a pleasing experience. Stayed for a week while on business. Took the monorail from the airport. Stopped right next to the hotel and used a convenient covered walkway. Ate at the breakfast buffet each morning. Good mix of Japanese and western offerings. I ate at the upscale restaurant on my last night. Delicious cuisine. The room was extremely comfortable with good work space. The bed was also very comfortable. Bathroom had a large shower area with a separate soaking tub.
Hotel great for short stay as Naha itself does not have much in the way of tourist attractions excluding the castle and international street and would recommend staying in various locations on island. Hotel itself was very pleasing with large comfortable room in Spa area which gives unlimited free access to hot springs and pool areas.
For any would be golfers there is a decent driving range 5 minutes walk from hotel where you can also hire clubs for a modest sum.
