The hotel feel tired. The reception lady was nice and she’s also the one who came out and unload my luggage. I feel so bad that I unloaded them myself as she was wearing business skirt.i was late arriving and no more parking available. Ended up finding a parking area a few blocks down. So u need to arrive early if u want to have hotel parking
This hotel was a great place to stay. Very easy to get on the train. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The beach close by is a strange one with the bridges going over it. You could not swim in the beach there.
Stay was good until we were hounded out of our room at 11:30am. We had a 1pm checkout. A nice staff did apologize but it was too late, already packed and rushed out. Staff who called the room was rude, and also wrong as this room had a “vip” 1pm checkout.
We were tired as we arrived from Atlanta to Tokyo to Okinawa late at night. The restaurant was about to close and they still served us delicious drinks and a wonderful steak dinner. The staff was so kind and friendly. We felt very welcomed.
Check in was easy. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. I liked the location because the area was quiet and walkable to shopping and dining.
This hotel is conveniently located between two monorail stations - Kencho-mae and Asahibashi. It is a 5 minute walk from the start of Kokusaidori and a 13-minute monorail ride to Naha Airport. There is an on-site Ibsen at the basement and a lounge on level 12 with panoramic views of Naha city.
Everything as expect was great including helpful staff and cleaness room.
I would like to mention if there is an office or a computer and printer to use during the stay that would be prefect!

Awesome and friendly staff!! Clean and spacious room and a nutrient dense, large variety buffet breakfast that will make the start of your day satisfied!. I’m happy with the room upgrade and resort credits I got as an Expedia Gold member. I’m a repeater and will definitely be back again.

Great restaurants near by. Easy access from the airport and staffs are very kind. Sadly there is extra charge to use the spa( hot spring)

I chose this hotel for it being close to shopping and airport but I was surprised at how dirty our room was. The bathroom had a funky smell and the toilet dumped at least a gallon of water each time we flushed. The floors in bathroom were dirty and the carpet in the room had dust all around the edges of the wall and carpet and dust or dirt around where they keep the slippers to use during your stay. The room smelled bad also and the beds were rock hard. The cost was super inexpensive and we only stayed one night so it is what it is but if I had to do it again, I would’ve paid more for better quality.
the property is very clean and very quiet. i like the breakfast buffet so it saved me time before doing things.

Thanks to the VIP deal, we got upgraded so the room is much bigger than most typical room sizes in Japan. The hotel is clean and maintained well. There’s an air purifier in the room which I really appreciated as I am sensitive to dust and pollen. The staff is friendly and is always greeted with a smile. The room is made up nicely and amenities are replenished daily, except the water but it’s fine as there’s a family mart just around the corner. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Okinawa!
