My experience with Nest Hotel wasn’t much of a pleasant. I’ve made booking for two rooms, paying of the same rate, yet the room assigned to me was drastically different in size. One of the rooms was spacious, allowing us to open the luggage fully without any hinderance, while the other was really small. Note, both are corner rooms. When asked the reception, was simply brushed off with hotel fully book. Despite the difference, we accepted it and decided to stay on. The beddings provided was two twin beds in each room despite having my booking for double instead of twin. What made it worst was that as a guest staying in the hotel, you are not entitled to a parking lot. Instead you have to pay for it. It was disappointing as they have two carparks but still requires to charge their guests for the usage of their carpark lot.

Convenient location and friendly. Front desk are helpful and offer to provide sandwiches set in replacement for our breakfast buffet due to our early hour flight. They also help me to find drug store as my son had stomach upset. Kudos ! Pls keep it up.

I like it
Must mention the restaurant at the back of the hotel. It is so good and busy a the time. If you stay at the hotel, you must give it a go. The hotel is located in a quite area which I like. It is about 15 mins walk to the busy commercial area.

Nest Hotel Stay
The hotel is pretty out dated at the staff is less than friendly. The rooms are clean but a lot of the carpet in the hallway and within the rooms had stains and the walls in the bathroom had a bit of mold. However, this hotel is in a very good location as it is right next to a wonderful steak house, mall, Naha bus terminal and a monorail station.

Great budget stay yet pillows are so soft.
It was a pretty nice stay in Nest Hotel. It's near the station and there is 2 Lawson convenient store nearby. Recommend if you have a budget limit yet want to stay in a cozy hotel. My only concern is their pillow which is REALLY SOFT. A bit hard for me to sleep in such softest situation. After all, not bad!

Great holiday trip with family
Booked a room with 3 beds, comfortable even for 4, bed are big and spacious. Room came with breakfast, staff are friendly and accomodating and location of the hotel is very convinence to the subway. Will stay there a again if i visit Okinawa again.

my husband and I did not had a happy experience staying at Nest , someone made a mistake gave us a tiny room instead of a bigger room with fitted 3 twin size bed , cuz that was how much we booked and paid, there is no room for walking in the room, never mind there have any space to lay our luggage. After we told the front counter when we checked out the next morning, there was this amazing lady did over and beyond she is Reservation, Asami , she right away takes the ownership, and started calling Hotel.com, she told me she will help me to get the credit of difference funds from Hotel.com, most amazingly is I already got my money credited to my acct, when I returned home 5 days after, Thank you Asami from Nest Hotel Naha.

Room is nice, you get what you piad. I love the amenities provided in the room. Location is superb as well as it is walkable to the monorail station. Staff are helpful.

Nice hotel close to railway station
Room is quite big and clean, bed is comfortable and staff are nice. Location is very convenient, there are many Family Mart around and also restaurant. Breakfast is good and quite a lot foods for choose. Will recommend for my friends to stay this hotel.

good Hotel. Great location if you want to see a Giants Spring Training game @ Cellular Stadium. Rooms were clean. Staff was kind and helpful but not much english.

Close to monorail station, walking distance to Kokusai. Reception staff were very helpful. However our room was facing the main road, can be very noisy, and the room got warm and stuffy when we shut the window to keep the noise out. We were told the air conditioning was only for warm air at the time during our stay. On top of that the pillow and mattress are not comfortable, overall I did not sleep well during my stay.

Clean, comfy, no stress
Everything was low key and low stress. Easy check in, nice room, no troubles at all. Only one beef- like so many hotels of this class in Japan, there are no English channels on TV, and no instructions on how to use the TV remote control. If you have time, eat at Jack's Steak House, just behind the hotel. It's a Naha institution.

5 mins walk from Yui station and 2 Lawson shops nearby. Expecting some welcoming bottles of water in room but didn't happen. Stayed in smoking room but didn't smell the odor,overall we are satisfied with our stay at NEST hotel.

The hotel is near restaurant and mart, Mrt.
The room is nice and clean, though the toilet is a bit compact, it is clean. Breakfast is quite good.
