Years ago the Loisier hotel had a reputation as a 5 star facility. Located adjacent to a shipping port the property is dated. We found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. The staff, when available is polite and helpful. We did not use any of the amenities except for the 7-11 convenience store on the lobby level.

Overall not bad, I and my husband are busy exploring Okinawa, we did not use the hotel facilities until the last day when we do not have a car. We use the indoor swimming pool and Are happy with it . But there isn’t must option on restaurant. I see some are not open like Chinese food. I eat at the hotel breakfast every morning but are the same everyday until the last day I saw that we are able to change to streak but too late.

Spa was small but actually enough for the long stay. Be sure to explor the Mie castle ruins and promenade next door. I had a good run daily

The main reason we go back here is for the hot springs and indoor pool! Also the dining is amazing. Great staff

Nice hotel with parking lot right in the basement floor of the main building, very convenient. One drawback is that there was strong smell of smoking inside our rooms (we booked 3 rooms) even though we’re staying in the non smoking floor.

Rooms were older, mattress was a bit hard, pillows were not the soft ones I'm used to - but - Breakfast was amazing. There's Lawson or a 7/11 inside, I forget which one. You could buy souvenirs inside too.

It was under construction so pool locker room was not open nor indoor pool. You also needed to pay to use the hotel onsen, which is normally free in Japan if you are a hotel guest.

It was a fabulously located close to Kokusai dori and all the staff had good Omotenashi spirit rooted in Japanese culture. We enjoyed walking to the Kokusai dori and bathing in the hot spring (kind of salty flavor😁) every day. Breakfast was included and with the variety of different foods offered, eating there everyday was great. We were impressed with the breakfast staff’s cheerfulness and kindness, even on the busiest of days. I highly recommed it!!
