“Newly remodeled & VERY nice!”
The staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful in providing driving directions. The newly refurbished and updated rooms are nice enough to compare to a Four Seasons at a much cheaper price. I'd stay here again!
“Problem-free stay”
Excellent front desk service. I had recent back surgery and could not take a heavy bag up the stairs as they did not have an elevator. A young man offered to take it up for me.
“Just OK”
Just OK if you can't find any other hotel. There was no elevator and rooms were very out dated. I expected so much more from a Fairfield Inn.
“nice hotel staff”
Room was clean,and comfortable, helpful & friendly staff, breaklfast was good. Only complaint was the workout area was very small.
“Not Completely Satisfied.”
The employee at check in was warm and friendly, had a smile on her face. We received our phone call to see if the room was as we expected and if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable, so we could get a good nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was good, nice variety, and the employee working the breakfast was very friendly. Check out was at noon, I had brought work with me and planned on staying in the room during my husband's exams. The employee at check in assured me that would not be a problem. I put the do not disturb sign on the door so that housekeeping would know I was still using the room. Before 11:00am came a knock on the door from housekeeping, they wanted me to leave so they could clean the room. I packed up my work and took it downstairs to the lobby area, not as quiet, but I did have a place to sit. My husband picked me up after his exam, shortly after noon. As we were leaving the hotel lobby we said goodbye to the employee at the front desk and never received a word in return, not a thanks for staying, have a good day, nothing. Not the typical Marriott employee. An overnight stay at this hotel is fine if you are planning on leaving immediately after breakfast.
“Nice hotel - showing it's age a bit.”
Friendly and efficient check-in person. Accomodated our first floor request. Room was fine, but did need some attention - chest was well worn and chipped, sink showed a lot of use. There was newer carpet and some obvious recent upgrade in the bathroom. Nice flat screen tv, but voice and video was out of sync ( also in other areas of the hotel). A/C and Heat worked well and was quiet. Breakfast room was nice and food items ok. Overall, we had a good stay.
