Hi Valerie. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our property is a little difficult to access at times but that is something that is out of our control as you know. We appreciate you leaving a review never the less. (If you are coming from the south, the best way to enter our property is to take a right down at the set of lights at Beaver Lake Road, and turn left onto main street, and drive until you reach the Tim Hortons, and take a left to use the lights to enter back onto the highway heading north!) Hi Monique. This is saddening to read as we have had management on duty during your stay. The hockey team was with us for a very short two nights, if we knew this affected your stay, we would have done something about that. We did not know it was causing you grief during your stay until just now. Upon checkout, we would have been happy to do something for you if it bothered you that much. Sorry about that.

The money held is always just a pre-authorization on your credit card and never put through as a purchase, it goes back on your card within 24-48 hours depending on who your card is through. :)
