“Great Room Size, Not So Great Service”

The Location is right in the Middle of Kelowna and great spot for those who are wanting to ski as the distance to the mountain is close by. The service was great to start but lacked through out the stay (I am guessing different workers). In the end four days in a great town

“Good choice”

Very clean, friendly service, room was very spacious, didn't use the kitchenette, but it would serve well for an extended stay. Nice and close to the main drag, but far enough away to buffer the traffic noise.

“Good Value”

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. The beds are very comfortable with nice duvets with the exception of the sofa bed which had the worst mattress I have ever seen. Continental breakfast was a nice added perk.

“Stayed One Night”

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is definately older although it looks as though they are making efforts to update as there was painting, etc. during our stay. We needed accommodation for just one night and it sufficed.

“Not great ..but good.”

The motel looked like run-down place from outside but the interior was good (at least the room I stayed). The room had 2 queen beds and one single bed which I thought was ideal for a family for a stay not more than a night or two. The motel is centrally located with quite a few eating places around it (you'll need it because the free breakfast is nothing much!!). Otherwise I had no complaints.

“I recomend it”

the room as spacious and the bathroom has been updated . The staff was very mindful of our needs. They(Paul) got us 4 wine glasses .A great deal .

Location is good but room cleanliness is not acceptable. We found spider on the pillows.

“Plain and simple, convenient”

An old motel, but clean and convenient. Had a room with 3 beds - very tight. Would use as a one night stay, not for a holiday - too dated and small.
