“Nice hotel, Perkins restaurant attached to hotel”
We were pleased with the hotel. Room were nice but lightning in room was dark. Pillows were very hard, we both didn't like them. Clean, we would come again.
“not what i hoped for”
the hotel was non smoking, so had to go outside, got sick from eating at the restaurant, too far from the casino.
“Best value in Kelowna”
We chose Ramada because it seemed like a good deal - we have had to visit Kelowna numerous times lately, due to illness in family. We thought the price we paid was very good value, and were not expecting such an extensive renovation (we knew Ramada has been there for awhile). We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of everything in the hotel as well as our rooms ! Having the restaurant adjoining was very handy - we were quite happy with all that we ordered there. Definitely will recommend and will return ourselves.
“A little worse for wear”
This was a price-point hotel choice for me. The air-conditioning unit in my room (on the ground floor) was in rough shape and was noisy. The beds were too firm for my taste and so my sleep was fitful for all three nights. The room, and the hotel, for that matter, could stand a major renovation to bring it up to acceptable standards.
“Good Value for Price Range”
The hotel was situated in a perfect location just off the main road (Harvey) with easy access to restaurants and shopping (walking distance). Also, the beach and boardwalk are within a five minute drive. The hotel room was good for the price. The only issue we had was the loudness of the air con at night time. Would recommend for this price range.
“Clean and comfortable”
Hotel was in a very convenient location. I had a bit of a problem with the key card not working, but that was resolved immediately. If you want a central point in the city to start from, this is perfect.
“a very convenient hotel”
A very good place to stay in Kelowna, especially being directly across from the main shopping centre. Only a couple of small irritations, such as the bathroom sink not holding water. The Perkins restaurant adjacent is mediocre but handy when you don't feel ready to go out on the road. Overall, very good.
“Very Good Value”
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very good
“Basic Tidy Hotel but beware of room service food!”
In all honesty, as soon as we got to the hotel, we fell asleep on the bed, waking only for some room service food, before checking out early the following day. The room was basic, but tidy. The room service food was quite poor, I would not recommend ordering room service if other dining options can be utilized!
“Wonderful hotel!”
We stayed at the Ramada Lodge in Kelowna just one night on our way to Banff. The hotel was just as lovely as the photos on the website suggested. The room was impeccably clean and felt luxurious. This is one of the nicest Ramada's we've ever stayed at.
