“Disappointed at extra charges”

We were happy with facility but disappointed with charges for Internet and parking.

Unfortunately, being in the heart of downtown Kelowna, there is no free parking available. In regards to internet, we do provide complimentary internet in the lobby and for Delta Privilege members.

“Consistently good. Very nice staff.”

I have stayed here twice and both times were excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable. The grounds and lobby are beautiful. The staff at the lounge, restaurant, front desk and entrance are all extremely nice. The location is fantastic. It was all good.

“Very Enjoyable”

I really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and spa. The customer service was excellent and we would definately go back.

“Would not go back”

Small dingy rooms. Overpriced.

“Best I have been taken care of in years”

Hotel staff were incredibly courteous, ensuring to check in multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with everything. We were upgraded to a private residence upon arrival and were blown away by how nice the room was and how close we were to all the amenities. The private pool and BBQ area in the residence building was beautiful and hotel ground were immaculate. I simply cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel. I will be sure to book my next vacation at a Delta hotel.

“Great deal, great hotel!”

Everything about it was great! Good location right on the waterfront, close to everything. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The service was good and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely go back to this hotel!

“Would not stay anywhere else”

If a great location and good service at a higher end price is what your are looking for, this is the hotel. You cannot beat the location and the hotel service was great. They do the small things like give you a bottle of water when you pick up your car from the valet and call after you check in to ensure you are satisfied. We will stay there again and really do not see the need to try another hotel.
