“Friendly service!”

The service was amazing, the woman at the front desk even brought us a menu when we were curious about what a nearby restaurant served. The location isn't perfect, but mostly because of the way Kelowna is laid out. I would recommend this hotel to couples, families, everyone!

“Great Hotel”

The hotel's location is great - you are next to most of the large shops. The breakfast is good quality, fair variety. Rooms are very clean. Great hotel for the price

“Good hotel for the price”

The included buffet provided in the restaurant is better than the one in the hotel lobby on the weekends. Hotel was clean and centrally located to the shopping. For the price, the hotel was good value.

“A good hotel to stay and will go back for sure”

We stayed there for two nights. Room is clean and quiet, swimming pool is good, especially for my kids to play in. Great location with Walmart and Superstore nearby. The breakfast buffet was impressed me with hot foods, I loved the waffles with strawberry syrup, yum. Also, with made to order Omelette.

“Really Large Room”

“One of the "best" Best Westerns”

Stayed with our three year old. Suite was well layed out, and looked like it was newly renovated. The hotel was immaculate. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable. Each area had their own flat screen tv. Quiet and soundproof. Breakfast buffet was above average. There was a variety of eggs, waffle maker and most importantly to us, the coffee was excellent: bold & strong! Staff were polite. Location is farther out from the main beaches, but if you have a car, and you should in Kelowna, it took us 10 minutes to get to Gyros beach. The pool is sheltered under a roof with an open concept wall to walk outside. Only problem was we booked only two nights and wanted to stay longer but the hotel was full. Would highly recommend this hotel for business/family although wireless was a bit iffy.

“Will definitely stay again, if back in Kelowna”

It was great, the beds were a tad firm but after the first night, we got used to them. The breakfast was good, but of course try to get there earlier than later. Really enjoyed our patio. Wanted a balcony but the patio was even better. Terrific accomodating staff. Will stay again.

Area recommendations

The waterfront was so nice to stroll around and take in the view, as well as being close to the exchange district with sidewalk tables and neat shops.

“Great Convenient Vacation!”

To prefix this review, I should state that I am single in my late 20's and I was travelling to Kelowna with my buddy on a road trip when I had the chance to try out this hotel. Single people, this is not your place to go. The lesson is learned for me, next time I am picking a resort such as the Delta Grand or something similar. For me, the latter seemed to be buzzed with younger people looking for good time. Also, the Best Western hotel is really far from the Kelowna downtown and beach (1 hour walk, 10 minute drive). Now, having finished with the negative review up front. The Best Western hotel was pretty decent. I reserved for a 2 Queen bedroom, and was lucky to be upgraded to a 2 Queen suite due to fully booked rooms on Canada day's long weekend. The room, living area and bathroom were all extremely clean. The suite had two TVs with standard cable. Notes: - To my surprise the fridge did not have a mini bar. - The internet download speed was extremely high, and upload was extremely slow. - The breakfast buffet was sort of the do it yourself kind, which was fine by me given it's complementary.
