“Quite Fine”

We needed a good clean hotel and got it!!! Room was well maintained and the location good as it was easy to fine, but far enough off from the main road for a good night's sleep Definitely we would stay again as we have done in the past!! Excell rate is a bonus!!!!!

“Comfort at a great price.”

A very comfortable well priced hotel, that was a short ride to the airport and bus terminal. Easy walking distance to downtown Kelowna. Staff courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

“very dissapointed!!”

we were not impressed at all...service was terrible...lights didnt work..toilet running with water in bathroom....sink outside of bathroom with no privacy...bathroom sooo small...never got enough supplies..would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

“Great value and service from Accent Inns”

Accent Inns seem to provide a great service with helpful friendly staff and at good prices. We stayed in there of them on this trip and enjoyed them all.

“never again”

worst place i stayed on 2 week trip around canada / motel not hotel is situated on six lane highway in a dreadful area / constant noise / car park used by bus company /no security / avoid at all costs

“Location, Location!”

This hotel was so central. It was perfect for us as we were travelling with our dog. I was able to get up in the morning, grab a coffee at Starbuck's (which was in the parking lot of the hotel!) and walk my dog down Bernard Ave towards downtown. There were two grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was great. Good service, clean, and the pool was tthe perfect temperature. My only complaint was that the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke from people smoking on the balconies outside the room. Since they are a 'non-smoking' hotel, I don't think they should allow smoking just outside the rooms. Overall, great experience and we will definitely stay there again!

“Was good”

Good location, nice grounds, friendly staff, clean room. The only thing their website says they have an Airport shuttle. They don't have one in Kelowna, just in Vancouver, BC. The room was quite, slept well, and they have a bathtub shower combo..Yeah!

“Great location and value”

Very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. On main road through Kelowna. Very convenient having an ABC restaurant and Starbucks adjacent to the Accent Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff.
