“Hält nicht was die Werbung verspricht !”

Das waren definitiv keine 4 Sterne ! Das Zimmer sollte eine Junior Suite sein, es war unter dem Dach mit Schräegen Wänden, die Tür zum WC demnach an der Ecke abgesägt, der allg. Zustand schlecht, nicht renoviert, das einige kleine Velux Fenster mit Schimmel und kaputten Dichtungen, die man immer sah, sobald es geöffnet war, die Klimaanlage wechselte immer heftig zwischen kalt und Aus, so dass es Halsschmerzen am Morgen gab, Flure dunkel mit zu sparsam eingestelltem Bewegungsmelder zum Lichtschalten, Zimmer super klein, Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit, teilweise schon leer und es wurde nicht nachgefüllt, am nächsten Tag waren noch Rühreier da, aber eiskalt, etc ...und nur 2 Mann im Frühstücksservice, die aber keine benutzten Teller abräumten und komplett überfordert waren; NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT ! Frühstück zu teuer, Zimmer zu teuer, Das einzig überraschend Gute: der Fitnessraum, wenn man ihn denn mal gefunden hatte.

Area recommendations

Paris ist immer einen Ausflug wert; Reims war viel schöner, besseres Hotel mit top Service;

“un peu deçu”

le petit dejeuner correspond à peine de l'hôtel 3*.... le personnel est tres decontracte! certaines chambres ne sont pas du tout insonnorises, mini bar est insuffisant, dans la salle de bain pas assez de produits de bain pour htl de cette categorie. le centre spa et fitness sont parfait. Menu gastronomique est bon.

ne cherchez pas de service de niveau de htl 4*!!!!!
