“If all you want is a bed then this is the place for you”

We booked this hotel because the hotel information stated that it was near the Cathedral and had high spped internet. The Cathdral is 3.5 kilometers away and the high speed internet did not work at all. We requested the staff to reboot the internet but nothing happened. However, if all that you require is a very comfortable bed and you are happy to carry your bags up the stairs then this is the place for you.

Good value for the price, for an older establishment it has been reburbished nicely.

I want to point out that we came in the hotel few days before our initial date of reservation just to ask if they had any availability for a double bed and the lady was very rude, saying that we had to do it ourself on internet since the reservation was done on internet. She could have checked easily and try to accomodate us but we could see she had no desire at all to do anything to help. She was a young lady with black hair. Naturally lots of the french people are somewhat rude with tourist !! I am french canadian and thought this is not a good person to work with customers. When we checked in on the 22 it was another lady and she was pleasant.

Convenient location for a journey stop, and room was comfortable, however the restaurant was fully booked, leaving us hunting around locally for food.

l'hôtel est tout à fait correct il ne s'agit pas d'un 5* mais le confort est là!

Hotel situé en périphérie. La distance avec la gare ou le centre ville n'est pas signalée dans l'offre. Aucune location de voiture possible en gare de Beauvais --> seule solution = prendre la navette aéroport pour louer une voiture à l'aéroport. Cet hotel ne convient pas pour un voyage en train.
