Lisbon suburbs

Great rooms and apartments. Nice outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. There are some great local restaurants within an easy walk. No English menus but great value. 6-8 euros for traditional lunch.. Hotel restaurant very good too, and well priced. It is a bit of a haul into the city centre but this is a great place to chillax for a few days.

Nice Hotel

Posted 14-Oct-2013
Pros: Overall very positive experience.
Cons: Wi-Fi should work in the room as advertised.
Wi-Fi did not work in the room. It worked in the Lobby, and the stuff was eager to help, but there was no signal in the room.

Five star service and amazing views

After 6 weeks of travelling I chose this Hotel as it had apartments with a washing machine and was reasonable priced. I had an apartment that had stunning sunrises and a view of the river and the 25th April bridge. No traffic noise and it was lovely to wake up without the sound of other guests crashing around. The bus to take you into was regular and close by.(Cost 3.25) Taxi from Belem to Hotel was 7=8 E. The restaurant had great meals at a good price. I stayed four nights and wish it had been longer. However some areas of improvement needed in house keeping. ie. mould on the tiles and room service dishes not cleared away and no door not disturb sign. If I am ever back in Lisbon I would defiantly stay here and ask for the same room 508.

5* hotel in every way.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: A car would be required as there isn't anything to do nearby. Situated on a hill there is a lovely breeze.
This is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed. The food was of top restaurant standard. Service, cleanliness was great. The staff were so polite, cheerful and helpful. The experience was amazing, so restful and relaxing. My daughter and I had the most wonderful time.

First class hotel. a bit far from the centre but peace and quiet reigned. Good access to Lisbon on bus or taxi. The gardens and pool area were fantastic.

Aparthotel close to Lisbon

Posted 25-Jul-2013
Pros: See above
Cons: Not much
The facilities of the hotel are great but the front of house staff make the experience greater. Where it is situated allows access to Lisbon as well as all the lovely towns towards and including Cascais. Would definitely stay there again.

Great value option

I can not fault this hotel - had a lovely couple of days. The building and facilities are great - well maintained and presented. There is a huge pool, plenty sun decks and a larger than expected gym. I ate at both the restaurant and bar whilst staying. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. My room was much larger than expected and perfectly clean. As an apartment it has a huge balcony to admire the views and a range of amenities such as large fridge, stove, pans and even a washing machine! Service by the staff was great, their English good, and the even allowed an extra late check out due to my flight time with no hassles. A taxi to the hotel cost €15 but I'd recommend the hotel transfer service offered by Solplay which is only €4 more. I believe it is more of a business hotel given its location, so it was a little quieter than expected for a May Bank holiday weekend - but I really enjoyed this aspect! I took a quick walk to the local neighbourhood. It's ok - certainly not buzzy Central Lisbon! However, I was just looking for some down time and the hotel delivered this aplenty. Great value rates too - I'd highly recommend staying here.
