I loved this room and hotel, I could have lived there for a month and gotten so much work done (but was only in Århus one week for a conference). Everything is wee and perfect and what's best of all is the amazing staff—they helped me with everything from emergency taxis to printing out boarding passes to milk for tea in the middle of the night, and patiently remagnetized my room key every time I screwed it up. The wifi is great, it's astoundingly quiet for a university town even on the weekends, and I slept well under a fluffy duvetyn. People who aren't enjoying their stay obviously haven't been in other types of European budget accommodations. This one's amazing—you get the bathroom to yourself, and the shower is hilariously the entire bathroom (pro tip: move towels and loo roll OUTSIDE before you turn on the water). Again, I loved it, and if I ever get to go back, THIS is where I'm staying.

Althogh the hotel looks a bit tired from the outside it is lovely inside. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. They offer a very good breakfast buffet. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the harbour and giving wonderful views over the city. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Initially we had problem with our booking which was quickly resolved - brilliant customer service. They also offered us good advice on things to see and do.
Comfortable and fresh when open the window and face to the garden. Although nearby the Clock Tower and heard the DING DONG Sound every 30minutes, but is ok for us. Staff very friendly and nice, helpful to show the map location.
Only stayed for one night on business. Hotel centrally located, not far from the river where there are some nice bars and cafes. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was fine, I requested a queen sized bed but got a king, which was actually two beds pushed together with separate duvets. Only disappointment was the shower. Warm enough but low pressure.
